Love Freddie's! And the man himself is warm, welcoming and a character. He made sure our dog had a bowl of water every time we came in. Other staff very nice too.

What a pub. Full of character. Loved the owner Freddie - a local celebrity. the local grocery shop is attached to the bar. Old fashioned but a great pint.

An evening in Freddie's is the true Irish pub experience, a welcome from the owner himself Freddie, great pints and an impromptu sing song by very talented local musicians/singers. The bar is a treasure trove of history and has been in the family for generations.

They don't serve food unfortunately. Just crisps etc, great shop there for all ingredients but no Sunday lunch. The blind piper down the road serves food so you could have your lunch there and drinks in Freddie's!
