Richard was so helpful and let me try out a few models appropriate to my budget and intended use. I bought a pair guided by his advice and can't wait to try them out. Driving by and stopped to browse the shops and found this interesting gem. I had been thinking about buying a pair of binoculars for a while and this shop offered a good selection and price range. the salesman was very helpful but not pushy and help me make an informed decision and the choice of binoculars I was looking for. Would recommend a visit they stock a range of items and goods associated with nature and the outdoors.

I had seen this shop advertised and as I was close by wanted to visit. My father in law was with me but confined to a wheelchair following a stroke in February. He wanted a pair of new binoculars. The owner was helpful, patient, sympathetic and understanding as my father in law slowly sought to weigh up his options. We finally got him settled on a suitable budget-priced pair and I picked up Europe's Birds as I wanted to thank the owner for his help with my father in law. An excellent shop with a great range of products, I will order a tripod backpack at some time and maybe get a moth trap next time I'm in the area.

I wanted to purchase my first scope due to the distance limitation of my binoculars.
Having already reviewed the range available on their web site I was looking at purchasing a Hawke Endurance ED scope which was within my price range. Richard was very knowledgeable and talked me through the scope and tripod adjustments. He set one up outside where I was able to spend time getting used to using it. Couldn't have wanted a more extremely helpful customer service.

Having visited this shop on many occasions in the past I decided to treat myself to a pair of binoculars. I had enquired about buying a pair at this shop about 6 months previous but at the time I left empty handed but with a good knowledge of what I could buy with my budget. Glad to say on my return I was given the same time and effort from Richard who went through several pairs of binoculars and I now own a nice set of Hawke binoculars. Thankyou Richard.

What a great shop.
I visited the area in 2021 and went to The One Stop Nature Shop to look at purchasing a seconds pair of binoculars. Richard was very helpful and let me try a selection of binoculars. I did not purchase at the time as the pair I decided to buy was out of my price range - better to wait.
I returned to Burnham Deepdale again last week and made my purchase. I did not want to purchase from anywhere else as I felt Richard deserved my custom. He even put a pair away to one side for me as they only had 1 pair left.
The guys here have great knowledge, not pushy to sell and even offered a lower cost option for me to try. I eventually settled for a pair of Hawke Frontier ED X 8x42. They are brilliant.
After purchasing it was straight across the road, down the track and onto the marsh. Spotted many waders and in the distance saw what looked like a bird of prey. Through my new binoculars it was identified as a Marsh Harrier. First time I’ve ever seen one - awesome!
Glad I waited and again a lovely experience rather than purchasing on line.

Stopped to buy some provisions and saw the shop, which has a very wide rang of optical goods and brilliant display of binoculars. Richard proceed to show me a range of his stock and examples of the types that might suit my needs within a budget. Very knowledgable no pressure and so nice to be able to feel touch and see the products. The best bit is that you are supporting a local shop and he has great prices. Go on if you are in Norfolk go in have a chat and enjoy this great store so much better than online shopping

Fantastic service, best price. Had bought a similar pair of binoculars for friends of mine from another retailer, and wanted the same pair for myself as my family's Christmas present to me, they were so good. First retailer had a sale price, but One Stop Nature Shop were better, by a small margin, so bought from here. Delivery was fast and secure, and to my surprise, it came with a free gift of a good quality bird book. Just brilliant!

Once again not let down with service and advice. If you are looking for optics for birdwatching and in the area call in you will not be disappointed friendly service and advice available just let them know your requirements. I went in looking for a small scope that does the job of a large one came out with a opticron mm4 and it does everything you expect.

We visit N Norfolk at least twice a year and I can indulge in some birdwatching. This year my hopes were reduced before arriving as my Hawke Endurance binoculars weren't working properly. The focusing adjustment and diopter adjustment had completely seized. Living in Cheshire the chances of getting them repaired without something of a rigmarole were very slim. So on arrival in Norfolk I visited One Stop Nature who decided the best course of action was to send them direct to Hawke, get them serviced and repaired and then send them back to Cheshire. Within a couple of weeks they arrived in Cheshire, fully serviced and repaired and working brilliantly.
This means we'll definitely be back in March to see (no pun intended) what the team can suggest in maybe upgrading towards a telescope.
