Visited 0n 16th march with 27 fellow members of our golf society. Only positives to report - course in great condition, fish and chips excellent and the welcome and service from the starter, pro shop, Club secretary and his staff and all the bar and catering staff could not be bettered

Not long ago I commented about felixstowe golf club,I was wrong to make the unjust comment I did,Rob and his fellow members of staff at the club do a great job,and are always helpful and fair,the both courses are kept in excellent condition...so I apologise to all at the club for my previous review and hope that my over hasty... I fancied a day out with my wife,and went for links as I booked it six weeks in advance,and in January I wasn't sure about the state of any inland courses.Wonderful reception from Robert Joyce,the pro,made us very welcome. We were charged £35 per head for winter warmer, golf and fish and chips. We were told the start would be temp greens but all temp greens, dissapointing and then the fish and chips standard has declined since last visit nearly a year ago. Fish full of bones. We will not rush back.

The main 18 hole course is very nice , but the 9 hole course could do with a little more attention, and as for buggy and club hire,pricey.I took my dad as he's visiting from Ireland and fancied a round,buggy and round £45 not bad £25 quid club hire pricey,my dad picked up three pitch repairerst with magnetic ball markers... More

Great golf followed by outstanding fish and chips can't be beaten. The service is brilliant with wonderful views over the sea

Old style links golf course founded in 1880. Club house is ok, course more than makes up for any shortcomings in the club house. Stunning views across the sea and includes a Martello tower on the course. Pro shop was good and the staff very helpful. Food was good in the club house, there in no food available on the... More

The golf course was great,looking out to see we got back to club house to grab a drink and sit in consevatory our friends at radio Suffolk recom

Had the great pleasure of playing this course and really enjoyed the layout.the back nine in particular especially from the 12th hole. Some great holes excellent condition throughout. Great welcome from Club Pro Roert Joyce Very nice food in clubhouse. Will play again this year
