Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have expirienced going to the zone in haverhill and had an atrocious visit.I would definatly not reccomend if your child is over 147cm they are not allowed in both of the soft play areas. If you need to supervise a baby or young child you have to be at least 16 and over. This is what i find offensive to teen mums and dads. I also find the height limit offensive to young children that are taller than average. Me and the community will not take this anymore. This needs to stop.

this is the strictest play centre i’ve ever been too. If you’re not over 16 you can not look after a child in the play area. Even if the over 16 can’t physically go into the area, a person under that age can’t enter the play area without a member of staff immediately coming to get the child out as well as your self. If you’re over 4’9 you are not allowed in the area which for tall children still at a young age is discrimination towards members of the public. definitely not inclusive with children in todays world. even if a child comes to see to there family or friend in the child area too see if okay they are immediately told off and cannot go back in the area. would not recommend if you have tall children or can’t physically go into and area like a play with a child, i definitely would not recommend. with paying £1 for a 10year olds ticket who is 5’2 and wanting to play with friends and family in a quite upsetting and as well as paying £1 with doing nothing is absolute discrimination. would not recommend at all. with saying on the outside as well as appealing to be relaxing in the inside you feel on edge and irritated with the noise and the feeling as being watched and judged by members of staff. not to forget the smell of absolute musty chip fat and sweat. I would recommend going to a more calmer and less dramatic place. although, if you like craziness and stench of things that you wouldn’t like to smell when trying to have a fun time with the kids it would be the perfect place to go.

Not impressed, very rude staff, even if a child is the height on the height board , still not allowed in.
When my child was helping look after my 1 year old , staff member told said child to “get out”
He said he’s just watching his baby brother - staff said “to bad, get out” in a very rude sarcastic way.
No please / no thank you from staff.
Not clean inside.

My Grandchildren had a brilliant time at The Zone this week - a great asset for Haverhill. The staff are friendly and helpful and the cafe was a bonus, particularly the coffee! We will definitely be back.

I take my daughter and niece to the zone weekly. We absolutely love it. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The coffee is well priced too! The toddler time deal they do is fantastic. We will continue to come here weekly. They manage the play zones very well and keep the kids to the recommended areas for their age. The toddler section has loads of great sensory things to play and a ball pit that my little girls love! There’s also a sensory zone for those children who need a few minutes peace. Thanks to the staff for being so professional and friendly!

I take my children to The Zone regularly, they absolutely love it. It's quite big inside, lots to do, cleanliness is pristine and the staff are lovely. The cafe / food is decently priced and the kids like the food such as cheesy chips or pizza, plus different crisps and drinks to choose from, tea and coffee, etc. It's a fantastic way to burn off energy, your little ones will thank you for bringing them here. The birthday parties are great as well, we have had a few here. Keep up the good work ☺️👍
