We spent an enjoyable half an hour paddling and soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. Good WC facilities and an info centre which seemed to have lots of information for locals and visitors alike.

Typical pebbly beach, has the sea and nice views. Served by shops and resaurants close by. In the car park decent public toilets is a real bonus these days.

William arrived in 1066,and his kith and kin still rule us today. Subsequent visitors have been equally keen on the beach, including Pre-Raphaelite painters, musicians, writers, actors and comedians. Born in a house on the foreshore, I'm biased, but I can assure you no two...More

I absolutely loved my weekend stay at Pevensey Bay. The beach never got too busy even on the hottest days and the sea was glorious to swim in. Such a beautiful place.

Not crowded, sandy when the sea goes out, very clean and dog friendly everywhere. When sunny the beach isn't packed and the water isn't freezing.

we went to see the beach: a nice spot, unfortunately al covered with rocks, just like all other beaches in this area. Not much to do, so ideal for everyone who's looking for peace and quiet. 1 day irking for only 3£

This is a good beach with reasonable parking and public toilets near by. Just be aware you'd have to walk to the high street a short distance away for drinks and snacks. Also this is not a sandy beach but mainly pebbles.

I am not sure. I have seen people walking dogs there. A great walk for a dog is within the walls of Pevensey castle or the surrounding beaches and of course the downs..superb.
