Last year’s Snow White was simply the perfect family pantomime, so we had high hopes for this year’s Cinderella. However, when Prince Charming was referred to being famous because of his big balls we looked at one another with concern. Afternoon matinees, as the Boxing...More

10 of us (6 adults + 4 children) went to see Cinderella today to celebrate our 4yr old granddaughter's birthday, overall we all enjoyed it. However, some of the jokes were a bit smutty. Aircon was a bit aggressive. Charging for the use of booster...More

We dared to sit at the front this year. Cinderella was the best panto yet. We go every year and always enjoy. We have a 15,11 and 4 year old and the humour catered for them all. The youngest enjoyed all the music dancing away....More

Love it here. Great production at Christmas time. Have been four years running, always entertaining and good value for money. My two quibbles; air con so ferocious we were cold (and breezy) plus the booster seats are now £1 to hire. I know a small...More

Went with our Granddaughter on 5th of December & think she enjoyed it,but as an adult the jokes were a bit corny & the script as a whole not up to much. Have seen better over the years here.

I’ve just returned from taking my family - two children aged 3 & 4, my mum, dad & 88 year-Old nan to see Cinderella. Firstly, there is no decent signage to find the theatre. Secondly the parking is horrendous. We tried parking at the long...More

I just adore the Civic Theatre. Every visit is a joy! Although its obviously moved with the times, new seats, lighting etc.. the fabric of the building remains much the same, transporting me back to my childhood. Lovely memories of watching the Sooty Show with...More

I always sit on the side downstairs for the best view. About half way back from the front if possible. You have more fun and it’s more interactive down there.
