I took my grandchildren, who are 1 and 4, and we had a lovely if chilly day at Hastys farm. The 4 year old really enjoyed himself, feeding the animals, riding on the sledge and looking for the numbered wooden eggs around the farm. My only criticism would be that the toilets were quite messy.

Ok so price has increased … as it probably was under priced when it first opened. Great amount of things for kids to do here, still loads of room for them to add more. Overall a good day; staff are polite and helpful and go karts/tabogans/large park area are ideal For aged 5-9 Will return here; look forward to seeing it improve as time goes on as well Thanks for always being so polite to deal with too!

A party of 12 consisting of 11 adults and 3 children under 3. Had an amazing time and a perfect place to little ones. Spent 3 hours here and could’ve spent more. Sadly we’re from Lowestoft and couldn’t. Prices could be a little cheaper as it is quite expensive.

Well what an absolute waste of £57. Family of four adults and a 2 year old, 1 adult being in a wheelchair, I can safely say the entire place is NOT wheelchair friendly whatsoever, nor is it pushchair friendly, the soft play area wasn’t really what we expected, the pricing of ice cream and the food was ridiculously expensive, almost £5 for a bacon and cheese toastie? Not enough tables for people to sit down and relax, the only enjoyable part of the place is seeing and feeding the animals. All in all, if you’ve got a child 2years and under or someone in your party is a wheelchair user I really wouldn’t bother.

I leave this poor review down to the staff at the front desk! Of whom over charged me. We was a family or 3. One adult, one 6 year old and 1 nearly 2yrs cost me £41. My friend who paid straight after me for the same ages was charge £35! We was a group of 6 so they definitely knew they’d overcharge and didn’t even mention it! I didn’t even realise at first until my friend said how comes you was charged more and I got two bags for animal feed? I went back to the desk which I was refunded £9 which still I paid more than her with the feeds but I couldn’t be bothered to argue as the staff wasn’t even apologetic about it and made it seem like I was causing an inconvenience! Due to this I will not be returning to the farm due to the customer service received! Please make sure you check the price you’re being charged as I don’t think this was a one off and more than likely do this quite a lot due to the repose of the staff!

Here now, and my son is loving it. So much for a 3 year old to do here. It’s quite low key, which I really like, but has everything you need. The only thing I would say negatively is I booked online the night before - to be organised and I think it helps the site to know vague numbers. However you pay £1 booking fee per person on top of the normal price, so booking in advance costs more than paying in the door! There weren’t many people here so definitely won’t be doing that again! However when I mentioned it they did offer free bags of animal feed to make up for it (though I can’t see me making my son bother with the animals when there’s tractors, sand and playgrounds…)

Expensive for what there is,spaced over a large plot of land ,your ok if you like goats. The play areas were the only god send ,the play area under cover was very good fun for my little one. We would go again but not any time soon.

It has something for everyone. Even the adults can ride the toboggans down the hill and have a go in the go karts. We visit often as the children ages 3 to 8 love it. The only negative is the amount of wasps. They were so bad we left early as we couldn’t eat or drink anything as they were coming at us in numbers. They have a few wasp catchers hanging up but they clearly have a nest there. So all good this time of year if you don’t eat or drink.

There are lots of interesting play areas for children of all ages. The animals (although mostly goats) are lovely and great with the children. We have visited similar establishments that have park rangers and petting experiences (usually with chicks, rabbits, horses or guinea pigs). For the price of almost £40 I expected to see a wider variety of animals. The animals feed is expensive at £1.50 per small bag which lasts about 20 minutes. I paid £2.50 for a black coffee which I thought was wildly overpriced. There were no dairy-free options for tea/coffee and only sorbet for the children. I wouldn't visit again based on the price but would be happy to visit if they provided more for the ticket price. The staff were friendly but it would have been nice to have felt more of a presence in a family venue where there are lots of opportunities for accidents to happen. I didn't see a single staff member in the side of the park where there are animals. The only staff members visible were the younger ones clearing away litter near the cafe. Nice enough but not the standard I expected for the price.

I visited with my daughter and 2 year old granddaughter and found plenty of activities for her to enjoy. Refreshments were reasonably priced and great ice creams. The only thing which I think would enhance the experience would be a small animal petting area (eg rabbits and guinea pigs)
