Had an absolutely wonderful day at this lovely farm with my 3 and a half year old today!
Such a lovely selection of children’s activities to keep him so busy, he had the best time! Riding on the tea cup ride (as many times as he wished as the kind staff were so accommodating) jumping on the big bouncy hill, playing in the lovely sand pit and more. It was the most stress free day out with beautiful views everywhere you go!

The animals were wonderful and my little boy loved them all. We met Billie who was busy looking after the animals. She was so lovely and took the time to show us some of the wonderful animals very closely and we had the opportunity to stroke and feed lord of them.

There are feeding time slots throughout the day, so always an opportunity for children to get close to the animals.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful (I think Mandy and Claire) and so kind to my little one. We were also given a little map and tick sheet to tick off the animals we found throughout the day.

There’s also a great cafe with lots of outdoor seating and food options for everyone, including vegan options which my son and I enjoyed.

Definitely a day very well spent and so much to keep us busy. I felt very good value for money and will definitely return.

Lots of events coming up over the half terms which will undoubtedly be busier and I’m sure will be fab!

Used to be a good day out, not it’s over priced and is no where near as good as it used to be
No soft play, No tractor ride to milk farm, no tubes down the hill, place looks battered and hardly any animals.
It cost us £92 for 4 adults and 3 children and I feel totally ripped off.
Will never return

What can I say but how disappointing!
How this place can even be called a farm anymore is beyond me.
I've been visiting this farm for years and have always loved visiting and in the past had great days out but today was just plain disappointing, where are all the animals gone?
There's hardly any animals left and the few they do have are miserable and kept in poor small enclosures, the place has become a mini wannabe theme park. Small bouncy castle, small inflatable slide, toddler ride ons, tents with colouring activities, tea cup rides, music all day from a dj box on a stage....🙄
I heard the new owners want more of a festival theme but its a farm park, not a festival and didn't even feel like a fun festival.
People visit farms to see animals!! And the few animals they do have look badly kept, uncared for and just plain sad!
Overpriced entrance fee, cafe items and shop too.
No feed available for the animals anymore because they hardly have any animals on site.
Lots of empty grass space that used to be filled with goats and sheep.
Dead stick insects in the bottom of poorly kept enclosures that would have been there for days, People don't want to see a pile of dead animals when visiting places!
Just plain sad to see what was once a lovely kept farm become so poor and un farm like!
There's no tractor ride to the cows anymore either and no soft play area!
All round Overpriced and disappointing, whoever had this bright idea to change the whole dynamics of the farm you were wrong, you've changed this lovely farm into this sad excuse for a farm. All that open space filled with nothingness !
Won't be returning or recommending anymore, there's far better farm parks to visit and they cost less!!

I had been a member of this farm for years, it was a fab little farm.

Returned recently for the Easter event. Around £12 per person. A very small handful of animal, which do not look well cared for. Large, empty spaces with no animals. The Easter event was practically non existent, basically finding a few eggs and had them in for a pack of sweets. A complete rip off. It’s no longer a farm, it’s a huge field with a few sick looking animals.

Very poor, animals kept in small sheds. Not enough animals to see, used to be able to go down to the hayfield farm and see the cows but now you can’t. Overal very bad experience, whipsnade zoo is probably much better than here.

Went to Lee Valley park today for the Easter extravaganza day. We were very disappointed. The only fun thing to do was the bouncy pillows. The tea cup ride was very disappointing. I think it was very overpriced for what was available. I would pay 5 pounds to visit, not 14 per person. There are much better farms out there.

this was a mixed bag.
the sand area and other kids play areas were really good...HOWEVER.

ANIMALS
i was so disapointed how the larger animals were kept in very small boring sheds with little light or room..they looked so sad.
Not a place i want to take the grandchildren to see this.
PRICE was high ,and having to pay for a 6month old who sat in a pram was a rip off.

FOOD was awful and expensive. dry sourdough baguette. bit of plastic ham one slice cucumber and one slice tomato.
very limited range.

Came here in half term, what a run down place this is. Hardly any animals, and the few there were were kept behind tall barriers/gates so children cannot stroke them.
Playground flooded and thick with mud....why is the floor not properly tarmacked with all the money they make?
And it was expensive to get in, very overpriced.
They have one jumpy thing which most children were on as it was the only fun thing there, but to get to that you had to traipse through a flooded muddy field.
One old tea cup ride, looks about 100 years old.
Food ridiculous prices.
Nothing good to say about this farm, its awful!

I do not often write reviews but after a recent visit I felt compelled to do so as this place has really changed since my previous visits.

For someone who hasn’t visited before I’m sure they’ll enjoy their day out HOWEVER as someone who visited the park regularly pre-COVID I was really shocked at how much had been removed since my last visit. The park has lost so many of its attractions that have not been replaced with anything but yet the cost is still the same.

Here is a list of all the things we used to love but are no longer available:

- Kids indoor soft play - GONE
- Outside play area with ride on tractors and building blocks - GONE
- Bird display/show - GONE
- Outdoor spider net climbing frame - GONE
- Tractor ride to see the cows being milked - GONE
- Outdoor tubing slope/ride - GONE

I think they need to remove the visitors photos of all these activities as it’s a false representation of what’s actually available. There’s also much less animals than there used to be.

They had one addition which was a little tea-cup ride, but that really did not make up for all that this park has lost.

It really is a terrible shame what the new owners have done and they have unfortunately lost a loyal customer in me and I will not be returning.

What a pity.
