A thoroughly enjoyable evening watching a remake of a popular sitcom at the BBC studios. Along with the warm up man in between scenes who had the audience in stitches.

Reminds me of the docklands in the early days. Needs a few more bars, the outlet shopping centre needs to up its game, but some great walks, awful eighties architecture , nice water walks .

HI it is open all year round, to anyone. It is tiny, blink and you will miss it, a small pond, and a statue of one of the dogs. Not much to see,
