Collect as many stars as you can across a series of fun filled physical challenges to take home the coveted title of King or Queen of the Jungle. Scale over 8m of vertical rock in The Ascent, glide over the Jungle on Beat the Lights zipline, reach dizzy heights racing across the suspended Treetop Trail, scramble nets, balance on beams and swing round the Jungle Run and take a leap of faith on Get a Grip, collecting stars as you race against the clock - and each other! This official new ITV attraction is now open, are you ready to take on the jungle?

I have not been contacted to get issued with my refund as this attraction is now closed. I have emailed and called numerous times with no response can someone please get back to me..

I couldn’t fault it. I was such a great experience! My friends and I enjoyed every challenge and I felt as though I achieved a lot in a few hours. Being afraid of heights there are some challenges that involves you being brave. Which takes a lot when I get into my own head. Luke was able to assist me and was very patient with me when I hit a wall mentally. He was able to calm me and make realise it’s all safe and okay… even if I am jumping off the ledge to hold onto a float thing (not sure what the challenge is called but you jump and hold the float for 10 seconds - I couldn’t bring myself to hold so I just jumped, well slid off the end). I couldn’t be more grateful and please to have someone as patient as him. He made the experience knowing that your staff are understanding. Thank you Luke for your support that day. Couldn’t be more grateful x

Absolutely loved it. I wouldn't say I conquered my fear of heights, but I surprised myself just how well I did on some of the challenges!!
TIP, i wouldn't bring my 8 year old here, but I'd say definitely say this would be for more my teenage boy. Would highly recommend for something different as a day out :) staff were fab, pictures were a bonus as you get some for free, although I did buy the extra ones! Thumbs up all round.

What a great experience and challenge, we both had great fun, and were bushed (pardon the pun) out, would defo recommend to anyone who likes a challenge.
We were lucky the day we went it’s wasn’t extremely busy, meaning we never waited too long to get on anything, might be different if really busy.

Great place for older kids, lots of fun activities and well organised.
We booked at 12.30 hoping that at lunch time it would be quieter ( less queue’s) and that worked well !

If you're considering going, DON'T! For the zip line we waited 30 minutes in a stand still queue that didn't move, seeing people finally getting on it after an hour. The Sky Rise ride isn't included which is ridiculous as there aren't loads of activities for you to complete as it is. It's £3 each - which soon racks up if you're a family. Much better suited kids, but not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it, such a shame as it could have been amazing.

I feel like I visited a different place to the other reviews! Took 4 teenagers on a Saturday afternoon. Check in staff helped us get organised with waivers and wristbands. Very helpful and friendly. Entered the main area, used the included lockers and off we went. Did the non harness challenges first - all in working order and no queues. Then got harnessed up quickly and safely and spent 2+ hours completing the other challenges multiple times. The longest we queued was approx 8 mins for the last go at the unharnessed challenge but that was just unlucky as by the time it was our go, the queue had vanished and we went round 3 times non stop! The included photos were great and we also paid a little extra to get all the different backgrounds. We also paid extra for the sky ride which was short but only £3 extra. We had an amazing time. My daughter even commented on how approachable and friendly all the staff were. I came away really rating the place - glad I hadn't looked at the other reviews first and let it put us off! Thank you to all the staff.

Overall we loved it
Unfortunately there were A LOT of children and parties which was frustrating as we thought it was an 18+ venue
A lot of the time is spent queuing but the challenges are really fun and varying in levels of difficulty.
The staff are absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful.
Only thing we couldn’t do is find all the scavenger hunt stars. We only found 9 so if anyone knows where they all are please reply.

We arrived to do the jungle challenge and we had a voucher for off peak tickets, we checked in, were told to buy gloves (£3.50 a pair and both pairs were the same hands), no help with the checking in on the screens etc.
Had the safety briefing and went through to get started. We did the ground level first, it was pretty good but some of it was broken meaning you just had to walk round it. The treasure hunt for the 10 stars was great.
The upper level was ok, just a shame that if you want to miss a bit you have to miss the entire thing, it would be good if it had ladders up to the platforms so you could do the bits you want to do.
It was ok but we probably wouldn’t return. It took about 1.5hours tops to do everything

Would this be a good activity for a hen party or is it more to suited to families, worried it could be too easy for adults?

Definitely good for a henny, there was a henny there when I was doing it. Some of it is quite challenging for kids, better for adults.
I would like to buy tickets for two children aged 8 and 12 and am considering buying tickets for the parents also but not sure how much pleasure or challenge they would get from it

We did this as a family, my kids are very similar ages to yours. The activities are pitched at a level which I’d say is easy for adults and a good difficulty for kids, other than the assault course obstacles which are very difficult for almost everyone!
We had fun as a family and enjoyed the time.

You choose what you want to do. There are only 5 activities. A climbing wall, a high ropes challenge, a leap of faith, death slide zip wire - all are high. The only one that isn't is a total ninja type obstacle course. I think you can go in as a spectator if you don't want to partake but I'm not sure what the cost is.

Is this similar to Crystal Maze where if say 2 people booked, they’d join a group in the same session, so there may be 6 of you for example?
Or do you just go round with the people you booked with?
Also are there a number of challenges you have to complete? Or is it say 4 per floor or something?

Hi there, once inside guests can go and explore the jungle in any group size they arrived in. Just remember that you can't play every challenge together as a group, as many are solo challenges, but there are some that allow you to go head to head as you battle to be King or Queen of the Jungle!
