Delivered birthday balloons early and was promised they'd be put on the lane. Arrived, balloons behind the till and a "well should I put them there now" when the birthday guest was next to me. Pointless. Waited over an hour for pizzas, they only come out in pairs so family can't eat together, ridiculously overpriced for what they were! One staff member, female, short hair, cap was absolutely amazing but the rest very mediocre.

The actual concept of Glo golf- is great. The decor was also pretty decent. But all 9 holes (which you pay £7 for so overpriced) are pretty similar. There were also some infuriating ones. It didn't seem to matter how hard you it the ball up the tunnel it would come back down, or hit off the metal bar at the start. Change up the courses and maybe do 2 go's round (18 total) and it would be good. Probably wouldn't go back anytime soon. Can't comment on anything else (bowling, mini arcade, food etc).

Took a group of Scouts to Riverside Bowl in Andover. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed 2 games followed by pizza for everyone. Was offered a separate room to eat in which made things easier for us. Children enjoyed their day and we would go again.
