Sammy Miller MBE is a motorcycling legend, 11 times British Champion, winner of over 1400 events and still winning competitions more than 50 years after his first victory. The Museum houses one of the finest collections of fully restored motorcycles in the world, including factory racers and exotic prototypes, with the collection constantly evolving as new bikes are acquired. There are over 400 rare and classic motorcycles on display in four galleries - one of which showcases the fabulous Norton Collection. The museum is set within an attractive courtyard, with tea rooms, craft shops and children's play area. It is also home to many chickens, donkeys, goats, alpacas and two aviaries.

If you are interested in motorcycles you will find something to spark your imagination. Sammy has a superb collection of bikes both competition and commuter, from the very start of motorcycling. Hot and cold refreshments or just a cupper are on site, also craft shops and a children's play area. Here's a tip, if you are interested in motorcycles I... More

We were passing and got the chance to stop as there was a car sale on,we got a bargain and decided to go around the museum too. Even if you are not into bikes there is more here to see, the story of one mans great achievements is thrilling, daring and it draws you in. I also found a corner... More

Huge range of motorcycles from all over the world and well presented. The museum came to life because of the way things were laid out with Sammy's life story and other exhibits. We came across the museum by chance but were so glad we did, definetly not to be missed and can be enjoyed by all.

Paradise for us ex-motorcyclist pensioners it took me back to my youth seeing bikes that I both owned and rode when I was a lot younger also racing motorcycles that I watch being race by some of the great names. The museum is laid out in a way that you can get close to and have a good view of... More

We took my uncle of 80years old to this wonderful and fascinating museum. He loved it, it bought back his youth and tales of what he got up to. A well laid out and fantastic collection of bikes. Well worth a visit and great admission price too.

Please do come and visit us on an Event day when we do run some of our bikes. Mr Miller still works in the Restoration workshop - he is 83 next month - and we do run bikes occasionally during the week but this is normally if Sammy is preparing for a parade or demonstration at a circuit or if... Both me and my husband have an interest in motor cycles both having ridden and my husband having race motor cross bikes. The museum had many lovely old bikes but very few from the 70/80/90 an eara that appealed to us. Also feel the attraction could be enhanced with an audio guide. Both being disleix we find digesting written information... More

An amazing collection of motorcycles through the ages. Every bike has info on a card, so you learn about its history. Clearly a lot of work has gone into creating this collection. Also, it's not just bikes- there is a huge amount of memorabilia- from bike bits to advertising signs, and even some sewing machines and typewriters. You don't have... More
