The little market town of Romsey features a rare and intact medieval hall house that was part of Romsey Abbey (circa 1120 AD,) and which today serves as the center for Anglican worship and civic events.

This is must visit if you are near Romsey. The beauty of the building will speak for it self. If the organ is being played it will be a great bonus. The Queen and Prince Philip recently attended a wedding here.

Good morning, Dogs are allowed on the open grass area to the north of the Abbey. Only Guide Dogs are allowed in the enclosed and gated area on the south and east (South Garth)
