I have visited this woodland on many occasions and each season brings something different. Don't expect to see loads of New Forest ponies in here as they are excluded but this gives rise to quite a different woodland than is found elsewhere in the area....More

The only actively coppiced area of the new forest. Well worth a visit just to see how active coppicing increases the biodiversity of the forest. There is a self-guided trail of a few miles. But the best thing to do is check out their website...More
