Quite disappointing and everything was overpriced. The tickets were timed entry and we still had to queue for 45 mintues to enter even though as the day went on it was apparent we had chosen a quiet day to visit. The highlight of the day for us was the cars from TV and films. The only friendly and helpful staff we encountered was at the entrance and house

My partner and I had a mini break just before Christmas in Hampshire and we decided to visit Beaulieu for the first time. Motor Museum was great - neither of us are particularly knowledgable about cars but I do love those classic cars and it was very interesting to see them in front of me and learn about the development. I liked the 1930s garage replica too. Amazing collection. We felt very welcome at Palace House. As we visited there just before Christmas, the decorations added extra sparkles everywhere and it was very impressive. Actually it was also interesting to learn about the history of the abbey as well. I thought the information was easy to follow in the museum and the souvenir book was good too. It was certainly worth a visit. We visited on a weekday just before the COVID tier change. It was fairly quiet, which was in a way better as there was plenty of space between people. There are probably other parts that we didn’t have the time to see properly so we would like to visit again sometime. Thank you.

I came a few days before Christmas with my ; year old grandson. We were made very welcome and despite everything every single member of staff the whole day were very friendly and made our experience a very happy one. Father Christmas in the Monorail was a nice touch too! We felt all the staff had their hearts in the hygiene and care efforts too! Thank you all very much xxx

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and lovely grounds. The river running through needs some attention as it has a thick green algae covering it. Otherwise, a lovely day out.

The grounds of the house are beautiful and the new play area is brilliant. The selection of motors is astonishing. We visited yesterday as a Christmas treat. It was a very miserable experience as far as some of e staff were concerned. We felt very unwanted there. Although a few of the staff were brilliant, including the Father Christmas, there were also some very ‘bah humbug’ staff. Particularly the older woman on entry to the house!!
