Amazing sight that is viewable for miles! Lucky to have such a great windmill here, if you are a photographer its a great location to take some photographs, but no means easy to get the best view.

Sitting just off the Tring - Ivinghoe road is a small car park leading to a short walk down to this windmill. Not been inside yet (believe they have the odd open day) but just a nice 30-60 mins to spend alone in a bygone...More

Visited on a clear day. Did not go inside as it was closed. If you are a passing photographer, it is well worth stopping to take photos from different angles.

A lovely walk through agriculture fields gets you to this ancient windmill. No longer functioning, it's a historic landmark managed by the National Trust. Kids love to climb the sleep steps and it's a great spot for photos.

Lovely place to visit. We take the local beavers on a short walk to the windmill 2 or 3 times a year. Free carpark. And nice gentle flat walk to the windmill. Carry on past for an additional 10 minutes and take in the farm...More
