I particularly liked the old fashioned sweet shop. Lots of tempting treats and things you just can't get in the supermarkets, as well as the usual touristy souvenirs of course. Very popular chain restaurants with outdoor space but under cover in this arcade. Leads to...More

Not particularly ornate other than the ceiling at one end. It won't take long to visit and is occupied by some small shops. You might miss it if you weren't looking for it.

This beautiful arcade has been refurbished and has some lovely painted ceilings artwork depicting the 12 months. Shops are quirky and the downstairs Ryde Heritage Centre is a delight. My Dad is in one of the photos when he played football for a local team...More

Have been coming here for years and it's the headline item on our trips across the water. It's not a local version of something on the mainland but a unique, distinctly Ryde type of place with the genuine atmosphere of Seaside town Victoriania - quirky,...More

A lovely small arcade which sadly has seen better days. We visited in the New Year 2017 only to find just one or two shops open.

This place is has amazing Victorian architecture. There's some great independent traders there full of quirky items, collectibles and antiques. Well worth a visit just for the building but also good to support local independent traders.

Went inside, but it appears that a few of the outlets are no longer there - nice if you like the old fashioned shops
