Popped in for Breakfast today.
The bar is spacious and clean. Staff very friendly.
Breakfast was decent, really nice sausage and bacon, mushrooms decent.
Good sized breakfast, we went for the standard as opposed to large. Just aswell as this was plenty!!
Definitely worth a visit.

Went in for cocktails. Fantastic. Attention to detail in the Long Island Iced Tea. We didn’t eat but good coming out looked great.

What a shambles. Ordered a simple bacon roll and after 40 mins asked a member of staff where it was and she shrugged her shoulders and appeared to go to the kitchen and never came back. After five more mins got up and walked out. Couldn’t organise a cup of tea let alone a breakfast.

We stopped here whole having a wall through Ryde for our weekend away. Great service , friendly staff and friendly vibe. My girlfriend dropped her purse, we returned 10 mins later and it was handed in. Thanks for the honesty here.

I use to frequent for many years a certain hotel next door to this bar but after a disastrous overnight stay which included an awful breakfast which included awful service.
So after a recent return visit again awful as they have changed what was a good menu I decided to try the Blacksheep. I had a quality breakfast at a good price with excellent service. Would highly recommend and will be returning. Can not wait to try the rest of the excellent menu on offer

Total chaos. Sat outside for lunch. Had to request drinks twice and when tea arrived asked a further two different members of staff for milk. Ordered three tapas style dishes. Only two arrived. Food was very good. Despite asking three times, the third dish never did arrive. Bill arrived to find an additional £7.50 added to it for a cheeseburger that was a)never ordered b) never came. Unable to refund me on my card so had to take cash. Good food but chaotic customer service.

After booking online 4 weeks in advance and very much looking forward to a night out after the easing of lockdown restrictions, to say this place was disappointing was an understatement. We sat down at our table after lots of confusion on who we were and mix up of names only to be told that they are not doing 2 for 1 on cocktails as advertised on their website. We spoke to the manager and he reluctantly gave us one round of 2 for 1. They were short staffed and the young lads working the floor were rushed off their feet but they added drinks that we had not ordered and when questioned it then took 20 mins or more to sort out. Overall it was a shambles and lacked management.
