Great food and beer and the Pub is right on the edge of the river. Wonderful views. Fascinating interior full of yachting and ship memorabilia.

The shipwrights arms is in just the right place for a rest and a drink if you walk the two creeks. An old world pub with views of the creeks and beyond.

We visited this quaint old fashioned pub. It serves real ale and is alongside a creek. Lovely interesting watering hole.

Stumbled across this place quite by accident. It's a quirky little place in the middle of nowhere. I liked the decor and the nautical theme throughout, but it did need a bit of updating/cleaning; It smelt a bit stale on entering. The bar was well...More

We stopped off halfway through a very long, windy and cold walk. Haven't been in there for about 20 years so was keen to see what it was like. The staff didn't say a word apart from taking our drinks order, we felt they could...More

Had lunch there on a Friday and it was a real gem - well worth digging out. Beer is really good and obviously looked after carefully, the building is great, a real old, vernacular country pub and the food was OK but not amazing. Typical...More
