We did the half day falconry experience and it was excellent, Aaron and Megan were very friendly and knowledgeable which added to the day. We flew 6 different birds to hand and also it was great to take the birds out into the surrounding countryside to fly them. We would definitely do this again.

A great experience trying new things. Joe was friendly, encouraging and provided a fun filled afternoon of archery, cross bow fire and my personal favourite, axe throwing. Joe would give a demonstration and offer advice throughout however took the relevant step back for you to just have a go and enjoy it. I would highly recommend Joe's Bows and indeed on returning in thr near future. Thank you Joe! 😊

As a group of 30 year old adults, we had a fantastic time at Joe's Bows! It far exceeded our expectations. Joe was brilliant and very relaxed and we felt that the price we paid was very reasonable for an hour of fun. Would 100% go back!

Booked the family experience for my son and husband for something to do in half term and they loved it. Great experience and my son wants to return. They was really impressed with the different things that was included and enjoyed been able to hold the birds.

We really enjoyed the falconry experience with Megan who was lovely and so knowledgeable. The birds get to fly freely which is great. We flew owls, a rook, falcons and a vulture! Tiny owl Duke was so cute. There were only the two of us, which was lucky for us, but they do only take small groups so plenty of opportunity to handle the birds. A fantastic experience and well recommended.

This was such a great day out! We had Joe himself as our instructor and he was nothing but amazing! Archery is something I’d always wanted to try out and honestly had the most Perfect time. Will definitely be coming back with friends for the axe throwing!

Took part in a half day falconry experience this morning, it was an absolutely amazing time. The instructors couldn't be faulted, incredibly knowledgeable. Worth every penny, will be returning and reccomending to friends. A must go. Megan and Emelia made us feel totally at ease.

Had a very enjoyable time and learnt a lot about Owls! My instructor, sorry I didn't get his name, was really knowledgeable and friendly. I did learn all of the Owl's names plus some interesting facts about each type of owl. Also met a Harris Hawk and a chatty Raven. The weather was windy but luckily my visit was moved to an earlier time to avoid the rain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe's Bows.

Had a great day on 21st April with a one hour Indoor Archery. Tuition was great and helped to enjoy the session . Lighting could be a little better in the barn . Highly recommend will be going back.

My partner had a voucher for the falconry half day, which we finally got around to using. Absolutely brilliant day, the birds were beautiful and Megan was great at telling us about each of the birds. And some humour as well, in particular when one of the owls would not do what it was supposed to! You can tell Megan has a real passion for falconry and birds.
