Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was our second year of going here for the Pumpkin picking event, the event itself was very good with a field full of pumpkins that you can enter an select those that you wanted, there are also a lot of things set up for photo opportunities in the same field, there is also a flower zone for you to pick flowers from, alongside this we’re some fairground rides( bit overpriced, out of the control of the vendors ) , However the day was marred when we arrived at the site, I asked if there were any disabled parking spots and we were directed towards one( wasn’t really a disabled bay as not wide enough or marked out properly) a post with a sign screwed to it, my partner is registered as disabled and has a BLUE BADGE, which was displayed in the window, on leaving the car after donning our coats and wellington boots, we were approached by one of the parking attendants who asked “Do You Really Need The Disabled Bay” I replied YES, with that he walked away, This to me is not something I feel should not have been questioned, as not all disabilities are visible!!!!

This cafe, although not that big, is large on friendly, helpful staff and choice of snacks. There's seating inside but the seating outside is better because there are great views. Good prices, ample parking, dog friendly and clean toilets; what more could you want? Well we found it last Sunday because, in the adjoining field, was a classic car show.

Tidy wee cafe. Clean loos and ample parking. There is a wide array of locally sourced produce to purchase, including ciders, gins, jams, and chutney. The strawberries are the sweetest I've tasted in the UK. Paid a bit more for our morning tea, BUT the scone and sausage rolls were packed with flavours, fresh and filling.

Lovely place to visit - plenty of non-muddy parking and cute little cafe. Went for PYO pumpkins (as per last three years) but disappointed to find very little variety and really only the traditional small plain pumpkins left, apparently the culinary variety pumpkins, squash and gourd sold out earlier in the week. Sorry I also really didn't like the (v. expensive) burger van/sweetie van this year, noisy generators and smell of burger fat and onion in the air....shame as it changed the ambience from a lovely country-side farm shop (with lovely rustic Halloween decor) to tacky funfair.

Beautiful place with stunning views and a lovely outside area to sit and enjoy. Dog friendly too so an added bonus. visited during a car meet expecting to at least be able to get a breakfast or at least a burger/hotdog as a BBQ was set up to accommodate everyone BUT nothing for a veggie at all, how difficult is it to provide veggie sausages or veggie burgers? They are sold in every shop and it is 2022 after all where a third of the population is veggie/vegan. We were directed to the farm shop/cafe for veggie options to be presented with either doughnuts (for breakfast), almond croissants (nut allergy), plain croissants (kept next to nut croissants so obviously contaminated) or quiche with blue cheese (allergic) and to be honest who wants a quiche with blue cheese for breakfast? A farm shop/cafe that doesn’t provide a breakfast, just a load of fancy snacks. Missing a trick, if they provided a cooked breakfast they would make a killing and offering a veggie option would be even better. Went to another cafe to get something to eat…

This was our first visit but it certainly won't be our last. It is a gem of a place. We primarily went for a cup of coffee but finished up staying for lunch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My wife is Gluten Free and there was nothing on the menu which would suit her diet. However, the helpful staff found some items which did suit her diet and my wife was able to enjoy a tasty lunch. We sat outside, because there are wonderful views. An added bonus is that it also dog friendly.

Can not recommend Lower Ladysden enough, on so many levels.., Firstly the friendly welcome and the massive array of delicious local produce, then there’s the lunch platters (perfect reward for working from home!) and then there’s the Sundowner sessions…scrumptious food, awesome ambience and live music, with the perfect elevated view of the sunset in beautiful surroundings. We’ve been as a couple and with our children (plenty of space to kick a ball around) and can honestly say it’s our favourite place!

We came down to PYO strawberries & blackberries for the 1st time & I was amazed how lovely they were to pick, thoroughly enjoyed it! You could PYO wild flowers which I had never seen before & they were beautiful. The dining area was good, the shop was excellent with fresh produce also the staff were friendly & helpful. Certainly will be going back & would highly recommend it to people who have never been before. Go & enjoy & have fun in the maze.
