You can go along the causeway from Reculver towers to Minis Bay - great cycling or walking as it is flat. There is access to the pebble beach and lovely views. It is very open and nowhere to shelter so is open to the weather....More

Beautiful scenic walk through the beach, woodland area, near cliffs and on the promenade (going towards Herne Bay). Plenty of rest areas to stop and enjoy the amazing views. Although we parked at the main visitor centre we noticed free parking further along.

Clean toilets. Nice doggy beach when the tide is out. Plenty of walks. Pub nearby. Historic church up the slope. Roman Villa remains nearby. All dog friendly with easy inexpensive parking. Cool place on the cliffs.

This park is beautiful, and isn't too expensive to park if you are going to make a few hours of it. The coast here is lovely to walk along and for small children there is a great (looks new?) park themed as a roman fort....More
