Three of us had 2 super sessions of wakeboarding on Monday and Wednesday this week. Instruction was spot on and tailored to the different abilities of the group. Care and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. A big shout out to Charlie, Charlotte and Ben. We would definitely recommend Actionsports and look forward to coming back.

I took my daughter and 2 friends to the aqua park. We arrived early, as suggested and they got their life jackets and wet suits. We then watched the session before, that had about 6 people on it. As their time slot approached, about 45 children from the same school arrived. I spoke to the staff and said, I wish I’d have know, as they would have joined the earlier group (although it would have been a shorter session). The staff member I spoke to, suggested that they could join the next group, that was smaller. The girls decided to do this. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Apparently the aqua park takes up to 60 people at busy times, although to be fair, it certainly didn’t look overcrowded with 45. (I think we were spoilt, seeing the smaller session beforehand). There ended up being 12 in their session.
The girls absolutely loved the aqua park.
While we waited we had food and drink from the food shack. There was a good choice. Between us we had sausage rolls, sausage baps, pizza twist and chips. There was a good choice of hot and cold drinks too. Although not cheap, it certainly wasn’t extortionate. I think the sausage bap cost 4.45.
The showers and changing rooms were clean and well maintained. Although I would imagine on busy days, you may have to wait for them.
Overall it was a great day, the girls loved it, and the staff and facilities were great.
We shall certainly come again.

Thank you for your kind review, it was great working with you so the girls could enjoy the quieter session.We always ensure plenty of room for everyone buy operating at 50% of the manufactors capacity.
Looking forward to seeing you soon - the water should keep approx 20 degrees, or warmer all summer now 😎

Went paddle boarding for the first time today. I was really anxious but Abby who first came out with us was so amazing she really made me feel confident and not at all judged! Very clean place with good facilities too. And a free hot drink and cake! Looking forward to coming back.

My son who is 12 and myself went, what a great time we had. Staff were great, helpful and happy. We did the aqua park which was great fun, and the Ringo ride which was Amazing!!!
The lady that owned the water park was lovely, not to sure on the speed boat driver who told me I need to get out more. 😂
Great day definitely recommend and would go back, worth the hour drive there.

The most supportive and reassuring trainers! As a family trying water skiing for the first time we were so well cared for. Dylan and Hugo were amazing at giving instructions and taking care of us. We had the BEST day!

The team really are committed to helping you have a good time no matter how much of a numpty beginner you are (I was).
Flyboarding is awesome (possibly experienced some delusions of superhero status here), wakeboarding is exhilarating and the ringos …. Well just too much bouncy fun.
SUP is a little tame as it’s a very small area but OK if it’s your first time.
The team are really patient and supportive. If you go, and I recommend you do, prepare to get wet, laugh, smile, face your fears and feel the thrill.

What an absolutely brilliant day out.
The aqua park was great fun. Went with an 11 and 7 year old and they both had a smashing time.
We got to mess around on the stand up paddle boards for a discounted price after too.
The activities were 10/10 and the staff and facilities matched that. They were so helpful and professional (even changing our booking last minute when I’d mistaking my booked the wrong day) and made us feel welcome and looked after.

Nan and grandad took one teen to paddle board experience. Well organised but we did as asked and arrived 45 minutes before the lesson, which I thought a bit excessive but we live locally.
I purposely booked a session with other numbers showing on the site as if you are solo it could be pretty lonely on the lake. That being said grandson enjoyed it and it was good to see staff members interacting in the water with the smaller ones. Perhaps if it was a little cheaper others might take up the experience. All in all lots of things to do at the centre, showers available and drinks/ food on site, well thought out.

We do have a an fantastic package, paddleboards just £11.99 when added to an Aqua Park Adventure.

Having booked the Aqua Park and Banana Ride last year - we went up a knotch this year and took a party of 11 for Fly Boarding and Aqua Park - it was worth the cost difference and the experience was better than before. The experience from start to finish was easy, smooth and professional - even with the kind and caring first hand service from the owner of the venue . All staff were polite, courteous, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and professional. A great day out.

We visited twice whilst on holiday nearby. My sons loved the aquapark and spent a very happy hour climbing, jumping and swimming. The lake is a beautiful place and the people who work here are calm and kind and give it a very welcoming feeling.
My sons loved it so much, that they asked to come back the next day. My autistic son then had a go at waterskiing. This was amazing, because he has not been able to go to school for over 3 years, nor cope with any kind of tuition or structured activity at all. But he managed a whole waterskiiing session and smashed it! Much of his success was down to his lovely instructor, (I think her name was Josie?). She was calm, clear and made my son feel safe. In fact, the atmosphere of the whole place felt safe for him, which for someone who usually only ever feels safe at home, was amazing. It certainly had a lovely, family-feel about it. Holly was also very friendly and supportive, and was kind when I fell over and hurt myself.
This experience has given both my sons a much-needed boost, and we will certainly be returning when we can. Thank you to you all.

They don’t have lockers no, you can park your car very close to the main area so you can use your car as a locker. Hope this helps!

SUPPING is a fab way of enjoying the water and exploring.
It can be challenging to offer SUP owners the use of the lake as there are activities on the lake that can not be shared with SUPs. Our rental SUPs have a section of the lake that as an experienced SUPer you may find a little restricted.
There is much more flexibility weekdays low season where you can use the whole lake – subject to availability.
Pre-booking is essential, we would recommend booking as soon as possible to give you the greatest choice of dates and times.

Hi my daughter has been asked to a party there but while filling out the form I'm abit concerned about insurances and liability as having to sign to say that you are not responsible for any injuries etc..

Hi, I don’t think this is a problem. It’s a really safe location with lots of staff around and the lake is in constant view for them.
It’s a pretty safe location and I’d certainly take my children back and feel like they’d be safe - whilst having a wonderful time!

We do offer swimming - open water in the lake. if you are looking for a pool environment Rye has a swimming pool but you can also use the holiday camp pools at Greatstone, Camber and Dymchurch.
