    Good golf/poor facilities
Golf course good fun and good sound effects. Rude staff, no disability or pram access and have to access course via stairs. No baby changing facilities. 1 toilet was filthy. Poorly lit on uneven surfaces so care needed. Real shame as course was good fun but amenities and staff put me off returning

    Something different
Went here yesterday with my son. First time for both of us playing indoor crazy golf. Friendly service behind the counter. £15 for the both of us. We were the only ones in there till the 10th hole. So we decided to have to rounds instead of one. Worth a visit

    The stairs!
It honestly would have been five stars if it wasn't for the lack of disability access. The course itself was very good; it had a lovely layout and lots of varieties in terms of the holes. The heady smell of dampness did get to me a bit towards the end. The stairs were awful. No lifts and no help, so if you have a buggy, are pregnant, or have mobility difficulties, you can't go easily or at all. The one toilet is ironically labelled a disabled one on the door! How can you get down two flights of stairs? We had to carry the buggy as they told us we were not allowed to leave it at the top of the stairs around the corner. There's also no baby changing at all in there, when there's loads of room on the wall for a table. The soap dispenser didn't work.

    Fun Adventure Golf
We went on a trip to Margate and booked this adventure golf for my Nephew’s 6th birthday. He loves adventure golf and this is one he hasn’t done before and it looked fun and interactive from the photographs. My Nephew loved it, he had a fun time and loved seeing all the decor and hearing all the interactive sounds and lights. He found the adventure golf fun and even got some hole in ones which he loved! Very fun day and enjoyable for young ones. The staff were friendly and made sure my Nephew had the right size golf club and let him try a few to see what fit best and asked him to choose the colour of his golf ball which was nice. We got some drinks at the bar as it was a very hot day and I must note it got extremely hot inside the venue but the weather being so hot didn’t help this. All in all a fun trip and my nephew loved it!

Little hidden gem - expectations werent high but this is a well kept clean tidy venue. At £8 a round it’s decent value for money. Credit where it’s due, check this place out if you are in need of some indoor fun in Margate.

I write this as someone who is genuinely shocked by the attitude of Chris, calling himself manager, whose conduct would make a statue shudder. Why? Because what's most important to him, more than customers or commercial logic, is an illogical and cruel policy regarding use of the toilet by paying customers. So what is this rule?

Well, when you arrive, Chris rants a list of rules and regulations at you like he's aiming for first place in a local "speed monologue of the year" competition. You might pick up snippets like "don't use the golf club as a baseball bat" but you're inevitably going to laugh at the speed of his word delivery rather than concentrate on what's actually being said. Apparently, one of the sentences is about not being allowed to go back upstairs to use the toilet once you've finished playing golf on the upstairs level.

If you then realise you need the loo - or heaven forbid - you think, for example, "my family has just spent £25 on golf admission, another £20 on a round of drinks, we've now played a few games in the arcade and spent more money here, but my wife needs the loo", you'll be told you're not allowed to use it. Doesn't matter if your wife needs to take care of a female emergency or she's pregnant, the policy remains the same. What about if she's disabled? Well then she needs to carry an incontinence card to prove it.

Weird? Is this serious? Yes!

So, basically, this is what happened to us. Chris was resolute in telling us we'd been told already that once down the stairs, you're now allowed back up. Apparently you would need an incontinency card to support any derogation from the strict policy. Disabled myself, I wondered how that was lawful. I was told disabled people can use the downstairs area, but with no lift or reasonable adjustment option for disabled persons to go to the first floor, interactive area, it was clear the intent was to keep anyone disabled firmly in their place.

I asked Chris how was lawful and was told that he must stick to the rules.

I asked Chris if he'd heard of the Equality Act 2010, to which he responded by saying he hadn't, but he still had to follow the rules.

So if you want to be denied the simple use of a toilet, please seriously consider whether this place is for you.

If you're unfortunate enough to be disabled or pregnant, be ready for outright discrimination.

5star for course
0star for family friendly service

Heaven forbid if your CHILD finishes the game and walks downstairs not realising the toilets are on the same level. They will not be allowed to walk back upstairs to take a wee. Disgusting attitude, not sure i could sleep at night knowing i did not let a child use the toilet when they were busting. Yes they have rules but sometimes common sense needs to prevaile.

One of the best adventure golf’s we have played in England (and we have played a few!) we did the upstairs route (mind your step) I’m 30 weeks pregnant and it was fine. We all managed a couple of hole in ones and the tickets at the final hole were great for the arcade downstairs. Super helpful and friendly staff too! PS the toilets are upstairs on the right

Played the AR darts today. Thoroughly enjoyable. Various games to play and none of them take too long so you get a good variety in the hour. If you enjoy darts then I'd recommend for a fun hour!

Would suggest staff get some training on how to deal with children with SEN and understand that carers work 24/7 and not Mon-Fri, and not all carers have a carers ID badge! Some carers are informal carers therefore ID badges can’t be provided, we was told a DLA letter was to be provided to prove he was SEN which was shown and then was told that does prove that we was his carers, I explained that we do not have carers ID badges and offered to log on to emails to prove we was his carers and was still refused, so after a 45 minute drive to an activity that was selected by the child we had to explain that he could not go in, which caused behaviours resulting in us having to return home!

Staff was very rude and obnoxious! I would not suggest going here with children with SEN or if you are a carer as you WILL be discriminated against!

Very rude workers, would not allow entrance for my daughter who is a cater of an autistic young boy. Tried telling her carers only work 5 days a week during the week and they only allow carers in with people on certain days even though she had proof of child’s disability as per her phone call previously to this establishment yet still they denied them access still repeating the fact about carers working during the week ( care is 24/7 DOH!) one very disappointed little boy turned away by jumped up staff who have ruined his day….WOW well done guys you really know how to make people welcome.
