All of my cooking classes are about being hands-on and preparing fresh and delicious food yourself. I will guide you at every step whether you are a beginner or an advanced cook. I will help you learn to balance your flavours and advise you on how you can find authentic or substitute ingredients in your local supermarket.

We thoroughly enjoyed our morning learning how to cook Thai food with Belle. We loved learning about the different ingredients and how to cook them in the best way and where to source them. Belle was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and calm in the kitchen making the whole experience feel easy for us novices. Thank you for helping us to cook delicious Thai food and we cannot wait to book another course with you again.

My sister and I took Belle’s cookery course and we both really enjoyed it. As there were just the two of us, we cooked at Belle’s house where we felt very welcome. Belle is an excellent teacher and shared lots of tips as we went along. The food we cooked was delicious and with the rice Belle gave us to take home was very well received! Belle also went the extra mile(s) and gave us a lift to the station when we’d finished which was much appreciated. I’d highly recommend this course

Belle was super friendly, being Thai herself the teaching was authentic, easy to follow with lots of interesting facts.The class size was only 6 people, so allowed for time with Belle 1-1 if you needed it and Q&A throughout the lesson. The ingredients suggested were obtainable from local stores, Thai supermarkets, but Belle always suggested alternatives if you couldn't get access to a Thai store. At the end of the lesson we had made 3 dishes, a Massaman Curry, Pad Thai with prawns and Stir-friend chicken with cashew nuts. I would definitely recommend Belle's lessons for anyone. I am a novice in the kitchen and didn't feel intimidated at all, although there were other people who were much more competent than I and had been on a few of her courses.

What a fabulous time we had at Belle’s Thai cookery class on Saturday. We learnt so much and managed to cook some really delicious food! (So much food!) Belle is so knowledgeable and entertaining and makes you feel really at ease. We are now planning to cook a Thai feast for our family at Christmas time. Thank you Belle!

An absolute master class. Belle was warm and friendly and made the whole experience memorable. The food we produced was better than we could have imagined. Belle explained everything so clearly and taught us new techniques and really improved our understanding of Thai food.

My friend and I did a private cooking class with Belle. We both had a thoroughly enjoyable time and came away with some new skills and a lot of delicious food. Belle explained everything so well and made it all seem so simple. Highly recommended. Thank you Belle!

I went to Saturday cooking class with a friend. Belle made us feel very welcome and provided all the necessary equipment and ingredients to make three delicious dishes. I enjoyed her detailed descriptions and advice in how to cook the recipes successfully and how to best use and process the different ingredients.
