Really lovely little pub and great apartment above. Very central to see Tenterden and a very short distance to Chapel Down winery and vineyard. We stayed for two nights, the apartment is great and quite quirky being so old - lots of character. Must say a big thank you to the host who very kindly posted my coat I left behind!!! Very many thanks ☺️ would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely meal here. Tapas and ale , what’s not to like. Really friendly service from the staff . Plenty of Tapas choice and good portions. Really good atmosphere situated in the High Street.

I visited here recently to watch rugby. This is a cracking pub, with decent ales and friendly staff.

A large group of us made a pre-advised visit and were efficiently handled with several real ales available that we had specifically requested. A wide selection of real ales were all served on gravity dispense from jacket cooled casks visible behind the bar counter. With a large hot buffet to consume too our visit was over too soon.

Great tapas and amazing choice of real ales. I love it here. This was today's lunch. A platter of thirds, Spanish omelette, a chocolate pot & an espresso to see me on my way. Been here many time and will be back many more.

A great small pub which will appeal to all ale/beer, wine or gin lovers out there. Very reasonable prices and a fantastic choice of drinks. We had a few drinks here and really enjoyed our time.
The staff and regulars are very welcoming and offer a very prompt service.
We also ate the Tapas here and were not disappointed with both the choices and taste. A great meal option to be 'different'. We had 7 of the dishes to share and they were all very tasty.
We have been here before and will always head here when coming to Tenterden...

Friendly relaxed atmosphere - ideal for getting together with friends. Excellent tapas making for a fab social eating experience. Great selection of real ale & g&t at reasonable prices.
