If you want a Weatherspoons here it is! Staff are shocking sat for example if you’re not a local the girl and boy behind the boy won’t serve you. Girl just stood and chatted to the men and so dull must be blind to see the massive Que waiting for drinks! And also cooked the food and served you the drink! Clearly gross and sooo long ! And the woman who told you your toilets ( woman’s) both were broke at 1220 and you did nothing!!!! If you want toilets don’t go here!!! Avoid this dump! P. S advertised as a sports bar but the fire exit on the sode door in the sports bar area, wide open where kids and clearly druggies came in with tons of alcohol! Amazing for people trying to watch the football! Also if you are ever playing pool, as a sports bar you would expect a pool table to have a cover, nope! Hence a rubbish sports bar!!!

Somewhere perfect for a Friday night where it was surprisingly quiet, but who would complain! Conversion was flowing and pints were pouring, majestic atmosphere with the amount of people inside. Staff always jolly and welcoming, nicely accessible to the pool tables and good seating arrangements. I’ll be back!

The bigger pubs in the high street are often crowded with trippers so this single bar back street pub remains a favourite. The beers are always well kept, the staff are friendly and helpful despite what others have written (we’re not regulars and in fact only visit maybe once or twice a year when were down from that there London) so it’s worth finding on your walk in from the station

Not a pleasurable experience. Basically the staff don’t want you there, it feels clique as though it’s just for regulars. Fair enough we are not there every week but still, they just don’t seem to want the business. Shame, it used to be such a friendly pub.

What a pub, had walked along the coat and found this amazing pub on an off chance. Chloe who runs the pub, what a host. Loved speaking to the locals and had a fantastic 1st time experience, won't be going Loneon anymore with be going to the New Inn Whitstable. Great pub, great people, great time.

Pizza is comparable to that of the frozen compartment in Iceland. Not sure what dough they are using but failing significantly compared to the other pizza establishments in Whitstable.

Unbelievable!! Popped in and asked if they were showing the golf. Answer was 'no' at 8.45 pm ! Oh I said, why is that ? ( very friendly) ' because we're closed !! So rude when all I was doing was enquiring !..I have two pubs and so customer service is so important to me !! Hope his manager ( young guy with a beard ) has a word because he was plain rude and not what customers expect nor his employers. Unfortunately I'll not be returning when there is a massive choice of friendly alternatives!!

Good pub.
I used to run past the New Inn but I had never stepped inside until today. A very welcoming barmaid. We had two pints and the vegan pizza. The food was actually very good. We’d definitely go back.

Lovely pub, friendly staff, good selection of spirits. Hidden from high street in residential area, good for a few drinks.

This was recommended to us and the pizzas were good. Service was friendly. They might consider more upmarket messages to their customers in the toilets.
