Been to the pay and play for kayaking for the first time. It was a really good experience. One of the staff, Sam, was absolutely brilliant, really friendly and bubbly. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend. Really good value for money.

Had the best morning paddle boarding and kayaking with my family and friends. Gorgeous reservoir and really well looked after by staff. Great fun and value for money.

Visited for a week to complete the gold residential, it was an amazing experience. The instructors where nothing but amazing and always positive. We were able to try so many different activities and was more of a holiday than a requirement in my eyes. I would definitely visit again and recommend.

The Anderton Centre has the most friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable staff. They all made an effort to get to know us, even if they weren’t our instructors. Rachel was always very smiley and welcoming at reception when we walked past for our meals... One thing I would like to say I learned this week is not to fall into Jo’s trap of eating double my body weight 3 times a day, but it’s the last day and I’m still not able to resist her delicious food. My week here was way more than I expected. We have done so many land and water activities, as well as having time to relax and sit by the fire talking, watching horror films, and having a good laugh. All the instructors go out of their way to ensure you to have a good time. Thank you Mark, Paul, Paul and James. You were awesome!!!

My daughters who are competent sailors spent two separate days here post lockdown and had a great time on both occasions. The staff are brilliant, knowledgeable and fun. They also had good COVID-19 practices in places and we felt very happy leaving them there for the day knowing they were in very safe capable hands. From booking to collection the staff are efficient, professional and instil confidence in their abilities. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. A great place for all abilities, in a fantastic location.
