    Takes some beating!
If it can’t be bought here then where else would you go? Great variety of stalls, endless interesting characters, & nice food on offer at the cafes. Travel there from Blackpool by tram & alight at Victoria Street. Just a short walk from the tram stop is the market.

    A good sized market
Although the market looks old fashioned,it had lots of stalls although much aimed at the older clientele. There were some very niche stalls including a stall selling music memorabilia and miniature guitars that were nice to look at. The cafe runs by a waitress service - however the staff need to remember they are providing a service rather than it seeming like a chore. Toilets were adequate and well signposted on the whole. However it is very easy to get lost in there so they could improve this by more signage directing back to the cafe or exits- my wife got lost and exited the wrong side of the building.

    Fantastic market !
Wow - Fleetwood market is a great place ! Full of interesting stalls selling more or less everything you need from small local businesses ! The traders are very friendly and helpful , happily will point you in the right direction ! It’s like an old fashioned high street all under one roof !

    Great visit
Went on the tram to Fleetwood market from Blackpool and we had a really nice time. Lots of quirky little stalls and lots of general stalls selling a variety of items. Friendly and clean with a great little cafe.

There was a coach trip organised by our Blackpool hotel to Fleetwood Market but fortunately we decided to travel separately by tram. I was expecting a massive market hall with specialist fish, meat, vegetable, cheese and other food stalls, and specialist electronics, antiques, haberdashery, books, artwork, games stalls etc. What we found was a small building mostly filled with clothes or junk stalls and a café. There was a sweets stall. However the most disappointing aspect was the narrow walkways that had to be negotiated, which were packed with people. It would be totally unsuitable for someone in a wheelchair or on a mobility scooter. There was scaffolding inside the building and I had the impression they were working to repair a leaky roof. The toilets inside the building were closed and blocked off. Having worked our way though the narrow walkways I saw little of interest and was happy to escape the packed crowds.

We made our way to the outside area which was devoid of outdoor stalls. There was however a shop selling a variety of items from which we purchased 4 postcards for £1. That was our only purchase during our visit to the market. We subsequently found the same cards at the same price in various shops in Blackpool and Cleveleys.

There were toilets within the outdoor area which operated an odd system of an entrance marked with male to the left and female to the right. However, on leaving the toilets it was marked 'no exit' to the right and 'exit' to the left, meaning males were having to exit through the female entrance into the toilets.

The best description of the market was 'disappointing'. We walked passed the ferry terminal to the tram station and caught a tram back towards Blackpool, grateful that we were not being forced into staying any longer, as we would have been on the hotel tour.

Very . in our visit to this Famous Market, we have visited on several occasions in the past to this market, this time however when we arrived the whole market was being held up/supported by Scaffolding. The prices seemed to have increased drastically and as a disabled person, trying to get round this maze of scaffolding was scary I don't think we will visit again in a long time

I went to the Market on Saturday 10th December I went to sit down at the cafe was asked to move to another seat as the table was for wheelchairs I had a walker with me I went to another seat was told by a lady someone was coming back they weren't The bloke that runs the men's clothes stall tuted cause I was walking slow around I feel I have been discriminated by the stall holders I ended up going to another cafe elsewhere whom were so nice to me I spent over £100 in a store in the town. I won't be coming to the market again I hope karma works to you and it will I am very disgusted about this. I will be telling all my friends about it to.

A traditional old style market where you can get just about anything you want. Easily accessible but be warned that if in a mobility scooter or a wheelchair access between some of the stalls is very tight and to will block the aisle if you stop to look. There are toilet facilities and a café inside the market but also some outside eating areas as well. I think since our last visit the inside market has shrunk in size by roughly a quarter which is a pity as the stalls we were hoping to see where gone.

Having read that the market had over 200 stalls, and the forecast was for rain we went on a Thursday. Yes I would say there were over 200 stalls and the place was quite busy. Everything was compact very little room.to walk round. We found that most of the stalls sold 'old ladies' clothing, absolutely nothing we would buy even tough we are in our 70s. We only saw one fruit and veg stall, and one selling pies etc. Couldn't find a crockery / kitchenware stall.

Had a couple of hours to kill in Blackpool so took a tram ride to Fleetwood for the market. Wish we hadn’t, old fashioned building with too many stalls too close together. Mostly cheap stuff aimed at the very old, I’m mid 70s and wouldn’t have bought anything. I think they should add the word “down” in front of the signage as this sums it up perfectly, never again!

We spent an interesting 2 hours browsing the stalls & sampling a nice cup of tea in the process. Good variety of goods on offer at reasonable prices. Found stall holders very friendly. Very few wearing masks. Can recommend making the effort to visit when in Blackpool.

Absolute waste of time, selling out of date clothes , and rubbish you wouldn’t get away with selling in a shop. Markets are clearly way past their shelf life and no longer have a place in the present society. Don’t waste your time visiting
