Called in for tea as our daughter works here. The food was very good, we had fish and gammon served with chunky chips. Both well cooked and very good portion size. Prices are reasonable.

Visited with friend for bite to eat at lunch. Reasonable choice. We choose off the 2 meals for £12. My Pasta dish should have come with garlic bread but didn't. I did point this out. It did arrive just as I had finished. Little disappointed...More

A beautiful venue. Decorated throughout and a warm welcome awaits. Clean toilets: good beer garden and cracking food. Don't take my word for it - go for it. Made up to have a decent pub on the door step🥂😀

We popped in to the foresters arms (as it is now called) for a 'quick' bite to eat before travelling back down south. The pub was empty so you'd expect that you would have food out quickly. After 45 mins of waiting for the food...More

Waited over a hour for lunch which was disappointing when it came . Child's pizza was thick ham and cheese on bread which was not suitable for a small child. Would definitely not recommend I fact would completely avoid
