What an (exhausting) fantastic time we had. I went with my 3 year old and we had so much fun. Very clean, COVID safe and small groups. We have been a few times now and will continue to go more. Came in the feb half term, I ended up being charged twice through the online booking, called up the store before I arrived explained what had happened to be told id receive the refund when I got there, after arriving I got told the manager BEN would come and see me to authorise the £20. In The 1hr 30 mins I was there the members of staff kept telling me he’d be with me shortly, he never arrived!!!! After chasing this up several more times I was advised by a member of staff to email him using his contact card I did so twice, he failed to contact me back so I called up to be told he’d not received my email, so I checked with them that the email I had was correct and resent the same email I’d sent a week previous, still no response so I called again to be told the refund was going into my bank. PERFECT. Yet nearly 2/3 weeks later Iv Still not revived the refund. Shocking customer service.…

Went when it was the trampolines & it was awful. Now it’s the inflatable it’s much better, much nicer, much more fun & safe My babies absolutely love it and the staff are lovely too.

Turned up with a group of 5 to 40 year olds expecting trampolines. All the trampolines have been replaced with inflatables. There are climbing walls, mazes, slides and ball pools. There is plenty of parking, a cafe and viewing areas for spectators. There are free lockers to keep your stuff safe. This looks a great place for a party. Our children had a great time and there were pleanty of staff to keep them safe.…

Came here tonight with my 3 year old daughter, we had great fun climbing and going down the inflatable slides , there is a restaurant/cafe and it's 2 pound for the socks,go give it a go......
