Visited, Friday 4th December , I booked this after speaking to my sister who had taken her grandchildren the week before. Fantastic helpful staff very attentive , especially the elves! The grotto was fabulous .The park must have taken some tome to decorate, winter wonderland is amazing, a must see for young and old alike. Would most certainly recommend and... More

Visited the winter wonderland last weekend with my father and my 4 year old. Was worried after reading negative reviews but thought since already booked and paid for a local hotel we'd give it a go and glad we did. We were lucky as it was super quiet like 5 mins the longest queue for a ride and no rain... More

There were 5 of us so not a cheap event - compared to if we'd stayed local, which was free. I must say that this was a health and safety nightmare - very dirty, smelly, bins overflowing, kids serving and not a manager in sight and then the actual event was a total let down without a bonfire. It is... More

Visited the winter wonderland, was skeptical as some of the reviews said the place was run down and had poor food. We paid £12.99 each. We arrived and was able to pick a time to visit Santa. Santa was good, walked through a 'snow' forest, train ride and then to the man himself. Was given golden ticket to select own... More

Me and my friends have been visiting twinlakes scare fest for the past 2 years. This year there were few changes like live band, bonfires and more food and eatery options. For first timers it is very good but they repeat the same scary acts every year so it wasn't a surprise on the second visit so less scary.

Absolutely brilliant Halloween event to go to! The staff and place was decorated brilliantly! The food available was great and the band where great. They had fire pits with seating areas around which was lovely to get warm. Really great event and those who love a scare it is definitely up your street! We will definitely be returning next year!!

I visited Twinlakes on some complimentary tickets after a disapointing trip to their sister site Wheelgate. It was a much quieter day even though it was half term it was not very busy and the queues to get on rides where pretty much non existent. The Halloween decorations were good and the kids loved looking at them. The staff on... More

Visited the park to the bonfire night fireworks etc. As an annual pass holder I'm usually really pleased. But tonight there was no bonfire(only tiny ones that everyone was hogging) until after the fireworks...very disappointed. Not only the actual fireworks n stalls were placed differently and was very small and crammed unlike last year when it was more spread out.... More

Paid £14 and I wish I had gone elsewhere. Been to there displays for years, worst one yet! Long waiting times between displays We had confrontation with another family as so many people were packed in to such a small area Limited food and drink outlets, and the ones that were there were having problems with generators. We ordered 3... More
