Visit The Paint Box in own brand new home at 76 St Peter’s Ave! Our specialty may be beautiful baby hand and footprint keepsakes but we have fun for all ages from birth to retirement with special events, late nights and a warm welcome. A playful, relaxed studio, where children are free to be children, memories are frozen in time and where laughter, mess and joy are compulsory. Open door, no purchase necessary policy for parents to feed and change their little ones.

My daughter and I visited the Paint Box after my daughter had visited a couple of other establishments that do similar activities in Manchester and Leeds. It is a very friendly place with a lovely atmosphere. While we were there, the place was busy with young children painting their own pottery; young families creating handprints on pottery and adults enjoying creating their own works of art.
When we arrived, we were greeted and shown the plate of colours which we could choose from and shown the selection of plates, pots, teapots etc which we could choose from. We were then left to our own devices for a therapeutic painting session. At the end we paid for what we had painted (prices were on the individual pieces and from what I could see, ranged from about £10 up to about £20). I received a text to say that they were ready about a week later.
I was very pleased with the visit and enjoyed the activity-very relaxing.
I would recommend doing a little research before hand so you know roughly what you want to produce as you are limited to 1hour45mins for a session.

If you ever require additional time, you are welcome back to finish pieces at no additional charge or there is no time limit at off peak times (weekdays during term time, Jan-Oct)

We have visited The Paint box Cleethorpes a few times and each time we go I am blown away by the quality and perfection of our items. The girls in the studio are equally as amazing. Always welcoming and friendly. It is a place I will continue to go for beautiful keepsakes and memories 🩷🎨

As it was our first time doing pottery painting we were a little lost at first but Rachel and the others were so welcoming and friendly. We had a good laugh and we chose mugs to paint which turned out great once they had been fired and we collected them. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re looking for something fun and not too expensive to do.

We had a great time sitting in the colourful and welcoming shop to paint our pottery- Rachel was happy to accommodate all of us and offered us a drink, she texted as soon as the pottery was ready and it was overall a lovely experience. Unique bisques to paint and lots of fun colours of pain to choose from. :) 10/10 would recommend!
I painted a silly mug, my brother painted a mug and my friends painted a jug, a dragon and a fairy riding a unicorn. We all had a blast, we will be back!

Rachel opened the shop especially for us as we had friends from America visiting on their 16th birthday!
She is really lovely and takes the time to understand the needs of people with neurodiversity!

We LOVE The Paintbox! We've been coming for various visits since my daughter was born. Rach and her staff are so lovely, nothing is too much trouble and it is a really welcoming place, particularly when I was breastfeeding.
We had hand and footprint pottery made when each child was born and have also had hand and footprint pottery made as gifts for family members and on Christmas baubles since. My children love popping in to paint ornaments for their own bedrooms, and Paintbox gift vouchers are always on my birthday and Christmas gift suggestions list!
Thank you so much to all of the ladies at The Paintbox for everything you do. A truly inclusive and welcoming venue in NELC where you can have fun and take away not only memories but priceless keepsakes too!

Lovely friendly place . Took my 2 year old grandson to do a memory hand print pot to add to my collection from my other grandchildren.
Absolutely perfect, Rachel and her team are so lovely and helpful.

The Paint box is our happy place, It's a space that we can be ourselves with no judgement, a place of happiness, inclusion and memory making. As a family we always make sure to preserve our handprints on baubles for our tree every year and let the children paint an item of their choice! We have these items proudly displayed arund our home to remind us of the happy times. I am so pleased we have the paint box locally!
Rachel and Chloe are two of the most incredible ladies you'll meet, full of love and willing to do whatever it takes to make your expierience at the Paint Box a memorable and joyous one!

We love it here! We have a collection of pieces that my 2 year old has done and always look forward to adding more, they all hold memories that will last forever, it’s also perfect for giving to someone as a gift too! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, they’re an amazing team!!

Lovely friendly place with a calm atmosphere. My 9 year old daughter loved painting her mug and can not wait to go back to design a plate and bowl for a full set!! We’re looking forward to seeing the final product later today.
