As I said this was our first time to a creamery and we had an excellent time if you can get hold of the pamphlet before you go in you can get two for one. We had a good experience that afternoon learning about cream...More

We've visited the Wensleydale Creamery many times and it's always a first rate experience. The museum is well worth a visit and my wife has enjoyed several first-class restaurant meals. The cheese making tour is interesting and very informative. However, the best part of any...More

Visited on a weekend, so the factory was not in work. However enjoyed the cheese making talking and sampling the cheeses. Good way to spend a couple of hours. Walking distance from Hawes.

This is a great way to see the process of making cheese at one end and trying the finished product at the other. Car parking is good, or you can walk across fields from the village at Hawes.

Whilst my wife and I are not particularly big fans of cheese, we thought we'd pay it a visit as we were staying in nearby Gayle. Glad we did as the cheese factory visit was excellent. The introductory talk was given by Anna (I think...More
