The station at Leeming Bar is an absolute disgrace and should be either tidied up or shut down. It resembles a scrapyard, full of graffiti covered trains. I know it is adjacent to an industrial estate but that really is no excuse.More

We used a car to access the station so did not need to look up public transport. We did notice buses so you may be able to get there by bus. Drew22 gives you lots of advice in the answer above and staying in Leyburn is a... More

It runs on Saturdays in November plus the 5th. Dogs cost £1 per journey but assistance dogs are free.

Not until money raised to replace the level crossing lights - £40,000 a crossing. Scruton Station has period themed open days - next one September 10th at 11am
