We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Would have loved to have walked round but they do not allow dogs to enter the area
The area looked beautiful and an area of tranquility

These gardens are on the main road just a few minutes walk from the market place. The flower beds are beautiful at the moment and the garden is very well kept.

Popped into Richmond to see if it would be a worthwhile future location for a short break. On a wander around the town we stopped here for a while.

A wonderful sculpture out of a tree truck depicts animals and floral, so very well carved and does not detract from the war memorial that it sits close to

We were wilting a little in the heat and welcomed the shaded benches in this lovely little garden! Lots to explore, from the sensory garden to the woodcarving, war memorial and through to the ruined church. Well kept.

Had a walk round and a seat. Saw others there having a picnic - probably people who worked nearby but a lovely place to visit

Very peaceful whilst being a riot of colour, the carefully tended flower-beds sing with vibrancy.
Photo-opportunities a-plenty.

Having taken a walk through the Friary Gardens, I took a moment to reflect the sacrifices of past generations who have made it possible for me, a tourist to be able to visit and be thankful.

Lovely place to potter around, portraying historical features of the area. Information boards display the story behind the gardens, which are totally free. There are benches to sit down and watch the world rush by. Easily accessible and walking distance from the town centre. Worth a visit.

Lovely little space just off the hub-hub of the village shops and traffic. Benches for picnics and we'll planted borders. Interesting wood carving in old free stump.
