The actual bat rides are very good, the staff are quite unfriendly and, don’t expect to have an easy ride when you want to take out a boat. They have the most ridiculous booking system if you are actually on site, having to look for their website, fill in all your details and then having problems with it not working correctly. The secondary option is to phone a number, a rather surly member of staff then answers from inside the building you are stood outside of, asks you to shout your bank details down the phone, in front of other, struggling clients, then tells you to go through the next process. Such a great day out. You see things from different perspective and I will be booking another trip for next year. We did Thrapston to oundle and it rained for first hour or so but it didn’t matter it was just a lovely calm way to see the country and we saw 3 kingfishers.

I've been to Canoe2Hire in Rushden Lakes a few times and it's always been a great experience. The staff are helpful, the scenery is great. It's a lovely afternoon out.

The staff was very friendly, well organized and safety has a very high focus. The river is very nice for paddling and it was really fun. The equipment is excellent and everything was just great. Thank you !
