We took the 4 hour trip to Holy Island with 2 hours ashore to explore whilst we were there. The boat went to the Farne Islands first to see the birds and seals which was lovely and came back along the coast line. A fabulous...More

This was a great trip. I was so impressed with the team at the pier given my mum has mobility issues they were reassuring abut getting on and off the boat and the chaps on board could not have been more thoughtful. Whilst boarding was...More

The trip to the farnes was great. We saw many grey seals, they are so cute and inquisitive. The guide gave us much information during the trip about the islands, the wildlife, migration of birds, history of Grace Darling, coastline etc. It was very informative...More

The boat trip to Farne Islands was ok, but there are far too many people on the boats to get a good view, when sitting out on deck. Most people like to be on deck, the long benches across the boat deck make it hard...More

We booked this purely because we wanted to go on a boat trip round The Farne Islands and we weren't disappointed. The commentary was good and very informative. We saw Islands that we didn't even know existed, we saw plenty of different birds and loads...More

Hello, thank you for taking the time to give us such a great review. I'm glad you enjoyed your trip. To see thousands and thousands of puffins I would recommend May, June and up to mid July.

Friendly skipper, lovely views, obliging NT staff to talk you through the delights of the Inner Farne. And good value for a two and a half hour visit - inc the island. Better to come May/June for bird and seal life but you can't blame...More

In Seahouses there are two booths for the Glad Tidings fleet. The boat we had was good and the trip lasted 21/2 hours. Commentary was great and the boat picked us up promptly at the Farne Islands. Good value and recommended !
