What a great place to go for a walk to unwind, there are well signed walks for all abilities, there is also mountain bike trails and a great cafe to end your walk with a drink and cake. Lots of wild life to see.
We have been to birthday parties on the field and cycling, concerts.
There is no where near that you can do so much, in the past I have taken scouts to do the activities and been with school to do the other activities.

We were really excited to take my 3 year old niece on the Gruffalo Trail. We spent 40 minutes queuing in the cafe for a map and then set off. (Suelt the maps could be collected from elsewhere, such as the empty visiors information building?)....More
Living in rather flat Lincolnshire it’s well worth the drive for a few hours of off roading
I’m not super experienced but I did the hard trail 14km in 1’20.
And 40£ for a years parking pass is a great deal.
