We stopped here after a long walk, they stayed open late to accommodate us and when we asked if they could call a taxi for two members of our group with a young child, the landlord took it upon himself to drive them home free...More

We had a very warm welcome from the barmaid on arrival and she told us that our walking boots weren't a problem as she could always hoover up after us. Great range of good real ale brewed by the pub itself.More

Stayed as part of our Brit Stop membership in our campervan in the car park. Very friendly, Megan and Norman were very helpful and provided a very warm welcome. Decent sized car park so we didn't feel in the way at all. Food was lovely...More

This is a great little country pub which has a good choice of ales and homecooked food. very friendly , welcoming bar staff and owner Norm. Dog friendly to boot .

Stopped here as a recommended Brit stop on our way to North Wales.it is on a main road but didn't notice it at night when sleeping.very welcoming and brew their own beer on site which was very nice.food was great value for money and good...More
