Great day out if the weather is good for a swim and splashtime with children. Boating area and playpark near by. Close to Clevedon seaside town just off the promenade

Only our 2nd visit, but will be back..
Nice refreshing swim in the salt lake..
Area have all your need, pubs, fish n chips, tea n coffee, ice cream.

I had a wonderful day at Clevedon Marine lake with 35 family members and friends celebrating my 65th birthday.
Pleasant, relaxing surroundings with nearby amenities.
A great place to paddleboard .The guys at Supway Hire, were fantastic, providing paddleboards, advice and instruction for several of our party. We had a fantastic couple of hours on the lake paddleboarding and swimming.
We finished the day at the nearby Salthouse Pub for a superb meal and a few drinks.
All in all a Grand Day Out.

I took my grandchildren (13 and 11) for a paddleboard lesson with the amazing Dan from SUPWAY Hire at Marine Lake Clevedon. I was impressed with the perfect combination of safety and fun. They learned loads, had fun and grew in confidence. It was excellent value for money. We’ll be going again.

First time here and it sure won't be my last. What an excellent and amazing place. Lovely place to swim safely and I would imagine even on a really busy day, this place doesn't get overcrowded. Plenty of space. Lovely playpark close by for kids.

It’s a superb outdoor sea water swimming lake. It gets refreshed by the sea at really high tides and so creatures can enter the lake. There’s no life guard do take appropriate precautions.
It’s a good 500m long for a great swim and suitable for children if supervised. There’s nowhere private to get changed though.

Supway hire was amazing, proper laugh and lush people who run it. Make sure you either leave your sunglasses or strap em to your head :)

Me and my wife took the grandchildren for a weekend trip to the seaside went to Weston-super-Mare on Saturday then on a Sunday went to clevedon marine lake so glad we went what a lovely place clevedon is the children loved swimming in the lake why me and my wife just chilled out me and my wife will definitely be back here views out to sea are marvellous then you've got the lovely victorian pier .

Subway paddle boards was excellent.
We had a wonderful time and it felt very safe. Even took my two year old granddaughter on the board with us. Thank you so much.

Found this by accident, loved a refreshing swim. Plenty of places to eat or drink close by.

I took my son crabbing about 3 years ago and there were hardly any crabs as it had just been redone. Are there now more crabs there now.

No there not, they are not allowed in the area of the lake but there is places you can walk your dog on little beaches so they can have a swim
