Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A startlingly lovely modern purpose-built venue attached to a 17th C manor house outside Frome. Here you can enjoy a great mix of music in concerts and residencies. It is a welcome addition to the Frome Festival venues.

This is a magical intimate venue that holds around 100 people.

The acoustics are fabulous & the venue boasts a very lovely Steinway grand piano.

If you get a chance to see a show here don't hesitate.

Another one of those places you drive pass but never quite find time to find out more. A very intimate theatre - surgically clean. Pleasant memories remain with us of the performance we experienced. It was unique, very professionall and unforgettable. And Fun!

I love going to Cooper Hall. Tucked away on the outskirts of Frome, it offers wonderful concerts and other events in a beautiful rural setting. The space is intimate, the programmes imaginative, and the artists of a consistently high standard.

Cooper Hall is a purpose built venue that is set in the grounds of an old manor on the edge of Frome. The building is stunning with beautiful gardens at the front and back. We have seen several shows there, from jazz nights, to piano recitals, to an accordionist. All of them are very different to what we would normally watch, but everything we've seen has been excellent. The website is good with the booking system easy. Faye and Morag who own/operate the venue are lovely and always very welcoming. Well worth a visit.

If you're visiting Frome, or even if you live there, make sure you check out the programme at Cooper Hall. It claims to be a creative haven and is fully justified in its claim. There's everything from opera to cabaret, with a variety of instrumental concerts, avant-garde and classical music, folk, jazz, lively and engaging lectures, poetry and dramatic readings, master classes and workshops for all levels of ability, to say nothing of the hospitality offered by the proprietors. If you haven't sampled what Cooper Hall has to offer, you're really missing out!

Cooper Hall is a fantastic little venue near Frome Somerset. They put on classy classical, folk and jazz events, including an opera during the Frome Festival. The events are run by a charitable foundation and it is not for profit. A really special place

What an absolutely superb venue ... it was our first time there but we look forward to many future events. A fine surroundings for intimate concerts of high class performance by a great list scheduled for the future. Many thanks.
