    Christmas Experience
Despite being unable to get a slot to visit Santa and it being absolutely freezing cold we had a great day. It wasn't too busy so no long queues, the decorations and shows were fun the children thoroughly enjoyed. The animals didn' t look very happy perhaps due to the cold weather? some seemed very agitated. The food prices were also quite expensive but overall, the Christmas experience was good and would recommend for younger children.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are delighted you had a good day out at the park, and we appreciate all of your feedback. We can assure you the animals are well looked after within our Zoo and we have a fantastic team working with them. We look forward to welcoming you back to the park soon! Thanks, DMR

The Christmas event wasn’t as good as it use to be.
We went 1st in 2018 for the Christmas event and got a Christmas bauble and the following year a bear. Now they really just getting the cheap stuff they sell in the shops all year round. Also think the adult price is too much just to get a hot chocolate. There was also an ice rink which they still got most of the stuff as it’s stored just inside the pirate adventure former entrance. Even the entertainment outside of Thomas land been cut back and no fireworks this year 😞 The park itself looks lovely for Christmas and having the snow and Ice across the park really adds to the atmosphere.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re disappointed to hear that your feedback.. We always strive to give our guests the best day out possible. Magical Christmas Visit
Today I treated my 3 children to see santa at drayton manor for their Magical Christmas and we loved it. The staff were amazing and could not fault anyone today the grotto was so much fun and the kids loved it It would have been more fun if more rides were open but we knew about this ahead of time. We didn't buy any food as we took our own lunches so can't comment on how the food was. We had one downside to our day which I couldn't get out of my head. That is, the old Ben 10 ride (sorry can't remember what it's called now ) there was an instance of a lady going up the wrong entrance and speaking to the staff very rudely and even calling him an inappropriate name with young children present. I could not fault the 3 members of staff on this ride though they were amazing and stayed very professional. They even went out their way to make the kids smile and happy. I overheard this lady say shes a higher up member of staff. If this is true and that's how management talks to your staff I'm surprised your staff still smile at work and if that is the face of Drayton it's disgusting .. I would of given it higher Stars cause my kids really loved today but that one incident has really stuck with me. Please pass your thanks to the rides staff for an amazing job I wish I grabbed their names now.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are delighted you had a good day out at the park, and we appreciate all of your feedback. We will pass over your comments to the relevant deparment. We look forward to welcoming you back to the park soon! Thanks, DMR

    Lacking in Magic this year
This was our 2nd Drayton Manor magical Christmas our first being in 2019 with our then 11 & 6 year old daughters and this visit really was lacking the magic. The amazing ice skating rink that was in place of the dodgems was not there this year, a lot of the rides were not operational and there was no real atmosphere. The grotto experience was quite impersonal, the entrance was nothing special & we were hoarded in groups into small dark areas where there were insufficient seats for children. We went to see Santa and yes he was OK, not so much a jolly soul but in tune with the age of my girls now & they enjoyed their moment with him. Photo price is ridiculous - no actually a total rip-off but they know they’ve got ya and the quality of the photo accessories has significantly reduced. You come out of the grotto & go to a little hut to choose a present from a load of cheap toys, again not very special. We headed off to the gingerbread decorating as we were freezing & hoped this would be an opportunity to get warm, oh no we had to queue first just to get in the hut as it was clearly too small for the demand. Once in we did have an enjoyable time but it wasn’t very warm in there either. Thought we’d then try the Santa show in the cinema, this was ok I guess but that’s about all I can give it but again still freezing cold. What’s missing: reindeer face paints, lovely grotto experience, memorable gift not cheap tat, entertainment outside of Thomas Land and rides. Come on Drayton Manor this has just been a money making exercise - charge loads & give little. Hopefully you’ll rethink for next year. One final note the staff on the whole were all really friendly & in the spirit of the season even though some of them too were shivering from the below zero temperature.

    Great visit
Had a great time here for Christmas. Met mrs Claus, our granddaughter wrote a letter and then visited Santa. Enjoyed all of the rides - perfect for a 3 year old in Thomas land. Unfortunately we never got to decorate a gingerbread man which was part of the package.

    Nice day out.
Went on a Zoo only day. Park opens later in the year. Nice to walk around to see the animals. Save visit to the Tiger, Lynx and Fishing Cat until later, they're more active then. Only 1 food outlet open, limited choices, best bet is to bring your own food. Staff were lovely though. Don't forget to see the talking birds! Say "hello"!

    Disappointing
Disappointed- day out for teenager birthday, on arrival discovered all the thrill rides closed for maintenance. I had been looking at the website several times in the week leading up and saw no mention of this other than the Dino experience. This is half term- surely you ensure the majority of things are open, timing of maintenance should be spread out to limit impact to park. £200 entry, £6 car park, not worth it. Need to be honest online and on entry what is not available- should not have to search out small print. Staff all pleasant and helpful but theme park itself very limited. Zoo is sad and uncomfortable experience. No plans to return.

    A good enough experience
Had a really great day, the kids loved the rides and seeing the live Dino's (ages 6 and 2) but sadly there were many family's and adults that were pushing Infront of ride ques and the meet and greet ques. This really annoyed me as I was constantly having to wait longer to get on any rides with my children. I also booked this week specifically for the dinosaurs but when we tried to have a meet and greet I felt like the only one actually trying to be in a que, everyone pushed Infront and shoved themselves forward and the staff done nothing about it. Eventually I had to explain to my kids that I don't think we were going to get to see them and left. The rides were good (the ones that were on) and the park was a nice resting spot. The tiger seemed extremely distressed, I wish they let her into the big enclosure but I didn't see this happen all day. For a 2 hour drive away, it was a decent enough day but could have definitely been better. Oh and the shop is Extortion at it's finest

    Okay
I went in the summer holidays and it's fair to say I was quing out the gates for over 1hoir to get in!! Yet,staff are friendly and the rides are fun. But the wait times are appauling! When I was there the the following rides broke down either people on them: The swings a The malestorm I feel like the park has alot of 'malfunctions' as you will spend 45 minutes in a que and when you get to the front,it breaks.and I feel asthough the small park do it on purpose and it is not worth the money.

Unfortunately I have to write this review as our weekend was a shambles.
We booked the hotel for Friday to Sunday with our park day being the Saturday. As part of booking the hotel we were supposed to get exclusive access to rides between 11-12 with our wristbands.
To pass some time in the morning we played crazy golf in the freezing weather and noticed a lot of cars driving in at 10 but as we had been told by the hotel when checking in that the park didn't open till 12 to the public we weren't too concerned. We walked to the entrance at 10.45 and commented to the staff member that we thought it was just for hotel guests. She starred at us and said rudely 'IT IS'. We said about how there did seem to be a lot if people already in the park and asked if she was sure it was just hotel guests. She again snapped IT IS. I should point out this was the only rude member of staff all day, the others were lovely despite the situation.
We headed to Santa while my sister spoke to another member of staff who confirmed the park had opened at 10, despite hotel guests not being told or receiving any email about this.
Santa's Grotto was a debacle. They let over 50 people in in one go. After the story (where obviously many people couldn't even see) we queued for singing. By this time people were very frustrated and when we finally got into the singing section another parent actually broke through the barrier to the queue for Santa rather than enjoy the singing bit and we all joined the queue behind them! From joining the queue outside to seeing Santa it was 45 minutes and that was only because the parent actually broke through a barrier in frustration.
At least 7 rides were closed due to the weather so this meant queues for other rides were incredibly long. My 4 year old niece queued for 20 minutes for one ride which then broke down and then refused to queue for another incase the same thing happened again.
About 3.30 we wandered through the zoo and decorated the gingerbread at Mrs Claus' Kitchen. We then joined the queue for the train to Knappford Station. One train came and went and we stood in the freezing cold and pitch black (we were in a corner and I literally couldn't even see my own feet, it was so dark). We also had no phone signal down here. We waited and waited and then Rosie train came. But nothing happened. After a long time a staff member shouted that Rosie had a broken light so they would need to send another train. So we waited again and eventually Thomas came. So we sat on Thomas. And waited. And waited. To then be told Thomas had also broken down and we would need to walk the evacuation route. We were then left locked in the train, by this time both my nieces were in floods of tears. We had been at the station for an hour at this point. We were finally let off the freezing train and 'guided' through the pitch black to the park. There were many speed bumps along the way and my 70 year old mum was worried she would trip over while my 4 year old niece was again crying because she was so scared of the dark.
We finally arrived back to the park 1 hour and 15 minutes after we had joined the queue for the train.
Wishmas Express was a free for all, there was one staff member checking tickets but no-one else around and inexplicably 3 lines but no explanation as to why. Line 1 seemed short, everyone naturally joined Line 3 and it all just became very confusing with parents all trying to ask each other if they knew what was going on!

In summary, I have honestly never heard so many crying children at something that was supposed to be fun. It was a complete mess, the poor staff who were there were trying so hard to deal with all the anger they were getting but it clearly goes way higher. We have been to Christmas at Drayton Manor since 2016 and this was the worst experience we've had and sadly we won't be back.
I am pleased to see some people didn't have an awful day but judging by the tears and anger we heard, and my 2 crying nieces, the positive reviews are unfortunately a minority.

We visited Saturday 2nd, and admittedly had contacted guest services prior this week, because of all the negative reviews we had seen.

It was actually really lovely. Glad we wrapped up, as it was bitterly cold - the glass house thing that has the tables in wasn’t heated- would have been nice to get out of the cold every so often.

I agree with another comment below about having extra staff to help getting people on and off the rides- this would be good, considering how cold it is, and the majority of guests having toddlers/small children.

That said, most queues were 10 minutes- except the red car ride thing- we gave it a miss as the two times we were going to queue for it, it was showing as 30+ minutes.

The zoo was a lovely walk.
The grotto experience.. to be honest personal preference, I’d have just skipped straight through to the Santa bit, the coco elf and the singing elf weren’t really adding anything.. but the Santa, he was awesome and I’ve mailed guest services specifically to thank him, because the effort he put into the interaction with our son was amazing. It was a nice suprise to get the photo for free too. Our son was given a lolly and could pick a toy too. And the hot chocolate- absolutely lovely, and fairly priced too for additional ones, obviously we bought one for our son/added marshmallows.
We didn’t go to the mrs Claus kitchen thing/rorys show as our son wasn’t bothered.
We had our wishmas express booked for 6.20 but we asked at 4.10 if we could go on early which was no problem- and it was really cute, glad we did it.
We only stayed until 5.30
As it was just too cold but would definitely go again. It would be cool to have a few more photo spots/lit up - we’ve done several light trails etc and it’s always nice having a family photo.
Very enjoyable day

We had a great time at the Christmas Wonderland today (2nd December) with a 5yo and 2.5yo. Paid around £120 I think but Alton Towers, that we had previously visited, was working out a lot more.

Reading previous reviews on here it sounded like we were going to be in for a shocker but looks like Drayton Manor have made some major changes in the last week, so don’t be put off. We got there about 11.45 and stayed until about 6pm.

What went well:
- we didn’t have any issues on arrival, really smooth entry and parking.
- we knew what rides were likely to be open and was pleasantly surprised by how many we did get on.
- Santa visit was good and he did speak to the children directly and with warmth - very magical
- met the elves before Santa and had a little sing and dance - fun for the kiddies
- photo was given to us for free and we opted for a snow globe too that we paid for.
- children were given the option of an additional toy (along with a lollipop)
- we enjoyed the ginger bread experience
- wishmas train was good, went in the day. Assume it would have been even better in the dark.
- free hot chocolate token was ace, and we spiced one up with a baileys for £3.50!
- staff were great on the whole.
- had a quick look round the zoo before it shut and saw the tiger
- we took a picnic and found a nice spot on a picnic table. Easy win.

Even Better if:
- queue times were fine on the whole, I just get annoyed by the proficiency of having 1 staff member leading a ride which with 2 people could speed up the process so much and reduce the queue times. Lots of inefficiency that you just don’t see in the parks in the USA.
- brutally cold : wear your thermals as limited break out to warm places
- the Thomas train did break down on us and left us stranded as the zoo was closed, so couldn’t walk through.
Staff did their best and tried to bring another rescue train down, this then broke. Walked about 400m down a path to get back to the entrance. Was dark but used phone torch. Mildly annoying but not a major issue at all! The way some people spoke to staff was so disheartening - especially as some of these are just kids themselves doing their part time work.

Would go back next year, 100%. Just sorry to read the previous reviews from people that went last week!

To begin: This is not a reflection on any member of staff, everyone we spoke to was helpful and it was hard not to feel sorry for them. Also I would not believe the “positive” reviews popping up on here as we did not meet 1 parent who was not complaining about the wait times.

We visited Saturday 25/11/23 and this was our first visit to Drayton Manor and we won’t be forgetting it in a while. It started with an almighty 50min-1hour queue to get in to the actual park. Only two members of staff scanning QR codes for entry.

I know there was only a selection of rides open but not to open the Viking area at the front/entrance was poor with the price of the tickets for this experience and the “festive side” letting it down. We then made our way into the main part of the park and saw a gigantic queue and wondered what ride this was for ….. this was for Santa! We spoke to other parents who had queued for 2 hours to be given a lolly each for the kids as a “gift” I did wonder were all these parents hard earned cash for each ticket had actually gone?

Our slot to meet Santa was at 6pm, we queued for 1hour and then gave up.

I’m not really sure what happened, the festive part was just a big disappointment. Other years had reportedly worked so well and been a lovely festive event, however this year it didn’t work as planned. I hope things improve and changes are made for the remaining weekends in December otherwise there will be more families disappointed and disgruntled.

Having read the reviews of the opening day of their Enchanted Christmas we were quite nervous about our pre-booked visit.

We had a great experience, we didn’t queue for Santa and went straight in, they seem to have rearranged the gift shop set up that was problematic in the previous reviews.

The festive spirit was flowing, plenty of music, lights, snow… you name it they had it.

The theatre show was excellent, we enjoyed the time out from the main park at the Zoo decorating gingerbread cookies in Mrs Claus’ kitchen.

We rarely had to queue more than 5 or 10 minutes for a ride or refreshments.

There were members of management clearly visible and working hard to improve on what had clearly been a tough day yesterday.

We would visit again, our children loved it their faces lit up so many times during our visit with pure joy and delight.

Don’t let the negative reviews put you off.

Don’t waste your time or money!

We visited Saturday 25th November for the Christmas Wonderland with Santa’s Grotto as a group of 6 adults and 3 children. Well what a disorganised load of sh*t! They couldn’t organise a p*ss up in a brewery!

To start with the queue to get in was horrendous, over an hour wait just to get into the park. I don’t know why they have changed the entrance when in previous years we have entered by Thomas Land and we have had no queue! There were only two people scanning tickets and they were getting confused on which tickets had been scanned etc. some people who had gone to the desk before pushed straight into the queue without being challenged!

One positive thing was once we were in, we had no queues at the few rides in Thomas Land we actually managed to get on.

We then headed over to the Grotto! On the way we stopped at the Net a Duck and was met by a girl running the stall that really didn’t want to be there. She was moody and was not friendly to our children. She rushed them into choosing their prize which upset them. Then we walked round to the Grotto!

We had a 2.48pm slot for the Grotto, well what a joke that was! The queue snaked all around passing the toilets back to where the sweet shop is! After standing in the queue for 10mins and talking to others we decided we were not wasting more time queuing! I’m so glad we did leave as we found out later people had queued for up to 2-3 hours just to see Santa!!! There were no staff around to ask questions to and when we went to guest services we were again met with a large queue of people understandably complaining! We decided to carry on with our day.

We went to see the Rory show which was good and headed back to Thomas Land. Only by chance did we over hear a conversation with someone from the park saying people could go and queue for Santa at any time that day.

We had a nice trip on Thomas down to the other end, although by this point they had shut the zoo so we couldn’t walk through it. They also took a long time to set off as they needed to wait for the other train to start off at the same time so once again we were waiting with fed up children!

You do get to decorate gingerbread men and the Mrs Clause there was very nice and friendly to the children and adults. We managed to get a hot drink and snack there whilst the children decorated.

We finally made our way back to Santa's Grotto about 6.45pm. We thought great no queue, don’t be deceived! Even after you get in there is still a queue which first goes through a mini shop! Whose idea was it to put a shop at the beginning of a Grotto! Children were fed up of waiting and parents fed up of being asked to buy everything! The children then have the opportunity to have a bit of face paint on to be Rudolf, my youngest did enjoy this and the ladies doing it were very nice singing Rudolf the red nose reindeer with her.

Then you get to the letter writing where there was a group of workers just standing around having a chat. No interaction with the kids and Mrs Clause walked off whilst we were in the queue! Looked like none of them could be bothered!

Then you queue some more until you get to the end where you are met by the best elves! They were fantastic and really entertained the kids. The Santa we met was really good too, remembered the children’s names and what they wanted for Christmas. He really engaged with the kids and adults too!

Unfortunately, at the end of all the waiting all the children got was a Santa lollipop! Very disappointing! To add to the disappointment, there were no fireworks again to end the evening. Instead a loud young Mrs Clause singing away to fed up parents and children!

After having visited Drayton Manor for the last 5 years at Christmas, this was the worst experience we have had there and we will not be returning again!

The whole day was just awful and ruined my sons 2nd birthday and first time meeting Santa.
We queued an hour to get in to the main gate.
Only rides open were Thomas land rides and 2 older kids ones- the pirate ship and another not sure the name of.
We queued 45 minutes for 2 rides and then went for some lunch, thought we would have enough time at 3pm to go on another ride and then realised the park is open until 8 but the zoo shuts at 4:30, the reptile part of the zoo was shut off at 3:30 which was really disappointing for my child who loves reptiles! So we went for a quick walk round the zoo before we joined the queue for Santa at 4pm as stated on our allocation slot..
We queued for 2.5 hours. Once you actually get scanned in you then queue around the gift shop, all children and families were fed up at this point and children were screaming and crying for teddies in the shop and there was no where to go, you couldn’t walk through properly with prams it was so tightly packed. You then go to the craft corner where it was a letter to Santa and some crayons and pencils, there wasn’t much engagement from staff and Mrs Claus had to give her seat up to an elderly man who was close to collapsing so photo opportunities for the children in the time we were there with her weren’t able to go ahead, we were told if we leave the queue to go to the toilets we would also have to join at the back..
we finally met Santa, no toy was given and a bulk bought Santa sticky lolly was given to my child as we were leaving instead.
The food is ridiculously overpriced, there’s not enough indoor seats and I would never go again. Especially as we drove 2.5 hours. The whole day was a shambles. So badly planned and ruined our whole day.
Santa also didn’t come out for the end show which we waited for.
Don’t waste your money unless they change the way they run things!

We visited yesterday 25th Nov for the first Santa's enchanted grotto experience. We were a group of 9, with 3 children age 9, 8 and 5. The whole day was disappointing from the start. We waited an hour in a huge queue to get in the park, children becoming restless and upset, the car park was disorganised with 3 lanes quickly diverting into 1 lane which was chaos. I didn't see any staff helping in the car park or the queue to get in e.g. Keeping people updated or helping the queue flow faster. At the enterence gate staff had no organisation at all for scanning tickets with some people having tickets scanned twice as staff were not communicating. People were also observed skipping the queue if they were buying tickets at the box office so they were able to get in faster.... whats the point in having pre paid tickets if we have to wait in the huge queue! The queue for santas grotto was horrendous with comments from other people stating they were waiting 2 hours to get in. How can you expect small children to wait that long in the queue in the freezing cold with no sight of a member of staff to help. What's the point in having an allocated time for santa as our slot was 14.48 and we didn't even get to see santa until 7.20pm as the queues were awful. The layout of santas grotto didn't help the queues as they have placed a giftshop at the start which clearly disrupted the queue for santa, as people were holding the queue up if they were purchasing things and then the letters to santa again disrupted the queue flow. We waited an hour when in this area before reaching santa! Surely it makes sense to have these activities and the shop after santa or completely seperate. The whole day was a queue after queue with us adults becoming frustrated nevermind our children who had enough of the queues very quickly. We didn't even have time for a meal or a rest. We had to get dinner after leaving the park at 8.30pm at McDonald's as there was simply no time in between queuing for the very few experiences we manged to fit in. We missed out on rides and the zoo which we were upset about.
Also the staff in the grotto who were dressed as elves near the santa letter writing area were standing around in a group talking to each other about their personal lives and it definitely seemed like they couldn't be bothered to be there or interact with the children. Also a young girl on the hook a duck activity opposite the Christmas tree was very blunt, rude and tried to rush our children to choose their winning prize. This was very disappointing and upset one of our girls. It seemed some some of the decorations were not finished e.g. Star on top of the tree was missing with huge gaps of lights and the small Christmas tree lights near the Thomas train ride were not switched on. There were even shop labels left on some in the grotto! One of our children found a large nail on the floor in the park which we moved incase a small child picked it up. Also it was sad to hear one of the members of staff having to shut a ride for 5 mins and run to the toilet as she had previously called for cover 45 mins ago for said toilet break. Clearly speaks volumes about how they treat staff! We tried to discuss our concerns on the day but again there was a massive queue for guest services which highlights how bad the day was yesterday. No way was this a technical issue Drayton Manor! - more like terrible organisation!! Very disappointing start to our Christmas! We definitely will not be returning and recommend families to go elsewhere!

What an absolute s**t show. Pre booked tickets for 6 adults and 3 children which I'm surprised didn't force Wonga payday loans to come back into buisness.
We qued to get into the carpark due to 3 lanes turning into 1 at the barriers and it turning into an absolute free for all. We finally parked up and then had to queue for an hour just to get into the park. There was no organisation or any sign of a member of staff in sight. At the gates it was once again a s**t show with people in front of us having tickets scanned twice because no one knew what was going on? We also saw a family that decided to walk the entire length of the queue push straight to the ticket office and be allowed to scan their tickets straight away without being stuck in the queue...
Went on 2 rides and all was well. Then we made our way to see Santa in his grotto for our allocated time of 14.48. HOLY MINCE PIE was there a massive queue. We waited for around 30 mins untill we decided to take the kids out as they didn't deserve to wait around. We then spoke to people who had been waiting around for 2 hours... That's outrageous and we decided to sack it off. Drayton Manor are trying to pass this off as a technical difficulty now but that is lies as it's just rediculously poor organisation.
The girl on the hook (net) a duck was aweful. Clearly could not interact appropriately with children. She was rude, moody and clearly didn't want to be there. Our kids felt very rushed to choose a prize and we pretty much paid £6 a go just to make the children upset. I don't wish anyone to lose their jobs ever. But this one doesn't deserve to be there.
A lovely lady that was running a ride had to tell people she was shutting the ride for 5 mins whilst she went to the toilet. She had been waiting for over 45 mins to be covered for a toilet break but no one came. No one should be having to resort to closing a ride while they run to the toilet and this brings Amazon staff treatment vibes with it.
Went to Rory's show and it was fine and FINALLY a bit of fun for the kids.
We went to get onto the Thomas train and the gate got shut on my 9 year old niece after her mom, dad and sister were let through. She burst into tears and then was told she would come back and let her in soon. I couldn't believe this actually happened. We eventually got let on and continued to wait an awful long time for the train to actually set off with several kids getting on board and wanting to get off.
Went to Santa's grotto finally at about 6.30pm as we thought the queue had gone down. Turns out we would still be inside queing for about an hour. Putting a shop in the middle of the queue is outrageous and definitely won't of helped the problems. In the write a letter to Santa room the elves were stood in a huddle not interacting with anyone. Instead they were just talking about personal lives and where they like going out to drink. What was the point on them being there? We finally got to the grotto after more queing and the elves that directed us to Santa were great! Finally something good. They were a credit to you and must of had a really really hard day with people moaning. Santa was also great and must be outsourced because I have no hope for any Drayton manor staff after this day. Turns out after all this the children get a bulk order Santa lollipop... Imagine queing for 3 hours for that. How underwhelming.
The end of show was underwhelming. There was a very small crowd left at this point and everyone looked fed up. The whole show was about Santa promising he was going to show up... Then he didn't... Unbelievable. Mrs Clause was trying to point out that he was flying in the sky but everyone was looking up confused. Apparently there was a little sleigh light that you could only see if you were in the right position. Luckily an airplane was in the sky so some children spotted that and the parents got away with an awkward conversation.

I could go on but instead I'm just going to say I won't be going back next year or again. If you have purchased tickets then I highly recommend you get refunds and go elsewhere before you have really disappointed children.

What a s**tshow!

Thank you Drayton Manor for ruining my daughters 3rd birthday treat. This should have been a day of wonderful memories instead it was a day my family wish to forget. It started from the moment we arrived….
Unacceptable long queues at the main entrance, it took 1 hour 15mins to get through the main entrance in to the park.
Even though we arrived early for the Santa experience it was almost 3 hours we were stood in the queue, we were so cold we’d lost the feelings in our hands and feet.
The Wishmas express queue was slightly better it was only an hour’s wait but still unacceptable when we had booked a time slot.
Due to these wait times we didn’t get to experience any other of the rides at the park.
We came the year previous and it was brilliant so how did Drayton Manor get it so badly wrong this year?
I suspect greed over booking the event!
