My fiancé took me to this hotel and it was amazing! Truly recommend it. We stayed over for a night - prices are a bit spicy but its the experience is amazing. The room we were checked in had exposed wooden beams, massive bathroom with a separate bathtub and walk in shower. Because we stayed over we had free access... More

Our visit was a gift from our son ( who also accompanied us ) . I feel really bad that it cost SO much , as it was a let down . The good things were the staff (extremely helpful) , the different thermos rooms, the nice changing rooms and the large amount of clean towels available . The not... More

Dear Annie Thank you for your feedback. With sub zero temperatures outside, we did unfortunately struggle to maintain comfortable conditions in certain areas of The Spa and apologise for the impact this had during your visit. Should you choose to visit us again, please contact me directly so that we can offer some additional value to your experience. Kind Regards... More

Booked in for a day spa yesterday. From the start the service was impeccable. the reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived before my friend so was offered coffee while I waited. The changing facilities are clean, spacious and have a luxurious feel. The thermal rooms are stylish and don't feel crowded and the outdoor Jacuzzi's are a must.... More

The girls treated me for my birthday and I had chocolates and a Happy Birthday message in our room on arrival. The Canadian thermal tubs are great in all weathers, have waiter service for beverages and hydro jets to massage sore muscles. The spa gets booked quickly and we weren't offered the option of booking treatments upon booking the weekend,... More

From the time we drove up to the main building to the time we drove back down the long drive the whole experience was wonderful. I had the best pedicure I have ever had and I have had many. The swimming pools and surrounding areas were luxurious and calming. The food was exquisite. We ate in the formal dining room... More

We spent a few days here for a work event, consisting of a black tie dinner, followed by a day in the spa. Our treatments were well delivered and facilities were top notch. There are a number of different pools, saunas and other spa fancies, which kept us entertained for the whole day. A great experience all in all, I... More

We had a lovely time in the spa, without having to book any spa treatments. The selection of steam rooms, saunas, plunge pools etc was great and it was so nice there were no kids. There was a lovely large swim indoor to outdoor pool with huge bubbles and waiter service of champagne and wine to pool side - what... More

We were met by Tom who parked our car and parked our car. He then took us to our room (definitely taken the scenic route lol), but he was incredibly friendly and obviously took pride in his job and hotel. Our room was simply amazing - violet room, which had just the softest linen, and bath on a mezzanine level,... More
