- Martin GEngland, United Kingdom44 contributionsA nice visit with limited parkingA very nice place to visit, with a white variety of pieces to see. Spent an hour and a half there but will be coming back to see the rest! Definitely worth a visit. The only thing is there isn’t much parking available so finding a spot can be a challenge.Visited February 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 17 February 2024
- Jeremy ScottBexhill-on-Sea, United Kingdom40 contributionsA great place to visit with a huge number of works of art to suit all tastes. We visited on the off-chance we’d see some interesting pieces and wile away a couple of hours. Instead it took us a good three hours to walk around the winding paths, marvelling at over 800 works of art by a range of artists. The works varied from the classical to the esoteric and strange. There were pieces to suit every taste, and wallet. We took a break halfway round across the road at the ‘Bel and the Dragon’ where they served very nice food. I highly recommend visiting the Sculpture Park if you’re in the area; for us it was a delightful and entertaining place to be.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 4 March 2024

We were recommended this but had no idea what we were in for: set in a valley this is most definitely a natural outside sculpture gallery. We wandered through dedicated routes to see a good variety of sculptures from beautiful to qwerky . The sculptures are well placed. Area is landscaped but natural. Streams and lakes really pretty. Dogs are allowed on short leads.Visited April 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 6 April 2024

- Keith R1 contributionSculpture Park in Chart, GU10As soon as you walk in to the park you are greeted by a Tropical and land scaped oasis of mature greenery , water features and all manor of imaginative and eye catching sculptures (approx 1000+). It really is a metaphorical walled gardened escape in itself which is idyllic. Populated by an ever changing array of creative sculptures that are all for sale via individual QR codes along he four colour directed routes covering the whole park or can be simply traversed by following the flow of your attention. Viewing benches populate the route, toilets and coffees can be attained from a Public house across the road. Good affordable local pubs and villages as welll. A few local historical sites make this a stunning neck of the woods to visit for the day and to come away with an artistic present or two if you feel inclined.Visited June 2024Travelled soloWritten 3 June 2024

We have been coming for about 10 years now. Our eldest grandson (now 10) first visited 7 years ago and still enjoys it as much as us. It's great in all seasons as there are so many trees and plants around that compliment the weird and wonderful objects. We would highly recommend a visit - it's a great workout too. It's a walk in the woods with total wonderment.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 21 August 2024

Finally, after living in the area for 55 years, we found the time to go and see this. There are some exceptional pieces of sculpture here ... and some really weird installations that will give me nightmares for a while, too! In fact, there is something for everyone.
We took the decision to go on a dingy, damp day which afforded us the luxury of being able to bumble around at our own pace without getting in the way of those who just want to gallop around. It is good in that it allows "well behaved dogs on short leads". We saw some well behaved children, too! There was one family with excessively shouty kids that seemed to be everywhere at once. Some of the best entertainment I have seen. Give the mother a medal, the fact that she didn't hang them (and the husband) on one of the sculptures!!
In short, it is a place you can go at your own speed, follow the colour marked trails - or not - go round and around on the same parts, buy sculptures, take photos, feed the birds (check out the beautiful white doves that live near the little shop) or take a handful of mealworms to feed the local wildlife. There are many wild birds around including the fattest, most rotund robin I have ever encountered.
Not overly accessible for wheelchairs HOWEVER they have a specific area set aside with sculptures that is accessible. My recommendation (at this time of year) is to wear sturdy, waterproof shoes. Definitely not recommended for high heels!
I really cannot praise this place highly enough. We are both really looking forward to further visits as the seasons change. I can imagine that this place will be heaving in the summer. Most likely, I will be one of the visitors.

I visited The Sculpture Park in January. The Sculpture Park calls themselves the worlds largest all year round Sculpture exhibition with more than 250 renowned sculptors exhibiting more than 600 sculptures for sale. The Sculpture Park is set in 10 acres of woodland and lakes.
You have to book tickets in advance online, £10 for adults and £5 for children. On arriving I had to go to follow the signs to reception through the park and was given a map with coloured trails to follow. I started on the yellow trail which led me up in to the woodland. As soon as I started walking there were sculptures everywhere. I thought I would have to walk a long distance between sculptures and it would take a while to get to each one but they were all cramped together, literally one after another on both sides of the trail.
Sculptures were made from bronze, marble, granite, glass, wood, copper, slate, steel, stone, plastic and some even made from rubbish!
I liked that all of the sculptures were all so different. None of them were similar in any way. Some were of animals or figures, others were more abstract shapes. There were four horses made from junk and rubbish, including toys, mannequins, saucepans, pipes and car tyres.
It was really good that each of the sculptures has a little plaque to tell you who made it and what it is called. You could also scan the QR code to take you to the website and see how much it cost to buy. You could also click on the name of the sculptor and it would tell you a bit about them and show you their other sculptures in the park. I really enjoyed doing this although one of my favourites was also one of the most expensive!
It was good I had a map to follow the trails as without it I probably would have been walking in circles and got lost. I followed little paths through the trees, down slopes and up little steps. I spent over 3 hours following the yellow and red trails and didn’t fully get around the blue and green before I was exhausted. I think I maybe only saw just over half of the sculptures but I think there must be way more that 600 to see!
I wish that the Sculpture Park had a cafe or somewhere to buy a hot chocolate as you walked around as it would have nice to sit amongst the art with a drink. Next time I’ll take a picnic!
The Sculpture Park is an ever changing maze as all the sculptures are for sale and so will change over time. I look forward to going again and completing the green and blue trails and seeing what new sculptures might have arrived.
It was a very inspiring afternoon and I would recommend a visit!

This was a fairly long drive for us from London but it was well worth it.
The Sculpture Park is set in a very attractive area and the park itself is well laid out, with pretty, well marked, routes through the trees and ponds. When the sun shined the views through the trees towards the greenery and ponds were lovely - and the most interesting, and often beautiful, sculptures added to the rather other-worldly atmosphere.
We spent about an hour looking round the first route, and then went for lunch at the Bel & The Dragon pub/hotel, which is just opposite the park (and where we parked our car - first asking the owner's permission). We also very much enjoyed our lunch there.
We completed the other routes on our return, by which time it had started to rain. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the remainder of our visit.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable - and relatively inexpensive - day. The lady at reception was helpful and friendly and the whole park was very well kept.

What a fantastic place to visit. My wife and I spent just over the two hours that was suggested for a visit and we still had not covered all of the site. The sculptures are fantastic, some quirky, some beautiful and some both and the whole park is in such a scenic setting. I have no idea how they managed to move most of them into place!! This is an excellent way to spend a half day and we will return in the spring/summer next year to catch what we missed on the first visit. I must also say that the concession admission price of £5 plus booking fee was an absolute bargain. We will be back!!

The park has a number of trails which are loaded with incredible sculptures. You literally walk just a few feet before you come across another, so there is plenty to see! I visited with family and my children (age 13 and 11) were maxed out after the first two (longest) trails - but I am very keen to return and take in more of the amazing sights.
We went in February and I think a visit in spring would be beautiful as the park has wooded areas, shrubs and small lakes.
To make a special day of it, I would recommend treating yourselves to a breakfast or lunch in the Bell and the Dragon pub opposite the park. We had delicious brunch and then spent a solid couple of hours walking it off while we took in the sculptures.

The best £15 I've spent in a long time. For me, 3 hours was not enough time to appreciate more than 3000 sculptures here. Despite being a cold (3C) and drizzly day in March this hidden gem took my breath away. I was so focussed on each piece that when the paths opened up I often gasped in amazement and wonder at the views and the pop of colour.
Yes there are some macabre pieces, and yes not everything was to my liking but overall the skill and imagination involved in creating these pieces is mind-blowing. Personally I liked the quirky skeletons.
After an hour I realised I was less than 1/4 of the way round and it closed at 5pm. Really wish I'd got there earlier. There was so much to look at and read. Absolutely fascinating - loved it and will definitely return for a whole day next time.
Also for context I was there on a quiet, wet and cold weekday so parking was not an issue. The paths were well maintained and signposted for someone with no mobility issues.

It's not well sign posted so you have to rely on satnav and the car park is very small but it's so worth a visit. The reception is in the middle of the park so you see an awful lot before you get there. The lady at the desk was friendly and gave us laminated guides as there are 4 coloured routes to follow. I was expecting lawns with sculptures dotted about but this is a winding, sometimes steep walk through the woods with so many artworks crammed in that you could blink and miss one. As is usual with art, there were some that I didn't understand, others I absolutely hated but most were great. They were always a talking point though. To me, it was worth the modest entrance fee but I would say that you need to be steady on your feet and have a modicum of stamina as some of the paths are steep (some steps) and narrow.

Wow !!!
An amazing place. Hundreds of wonderful (mostly large) sculptures all in a 2 mile woodland trail setting. Easy to navigate with the trails clearly colour marked. Allow 2-3 hours and make sure your phone /camera is fully charged.
No food or drink sold on site so take something to keep you going plus there is a pub opposite the entrance.

Visited a couple of times and have not been disappointed. First time paid full price nit realising 1/2 price for Seniors, but once we walked round, we all agreed that it was well worth the £10. The Park us beautiful and has many wonderful Sculptures to see. It would be a bit of a challenge for the Disabled as paths are narrow, steep & uneven in parts. There is 10acres of it so I'm sure you'd be shown the best route suitable by the lovely Reception's Assistant who gives out a Map and talks over information. I'd visited in the morning do a 2hr walk then pop over the Road to The Bell&Draggon for Lunch then you can return after to walk further. As well as buying in the Gift Shop you can purchase any of the Sculptures, although they are expensive, but worth it.

Monday 28th August 2023 The Sculpture Park, Near Farnham, is the world’s largest all-year sculpture exhibition, with over 300 artists showcasing 600 sculptures according to the blurb. For me, the ticket was bought as a gift and this involved a 160-mile round trip or 5 hours of driving but worth it if you like 20th Century, Modern and Contemporary Sculpture. Truth be told the site is too large to visit and enjoy in 1 go. Fitness/mobility is required to fully explore the site. The aspects to improve are pushing the free Wi-Fi which is offered but I didn't realise there is no normal signal so the fun of reading the QR codes on each piece to establish history and value is lost. Secondly, the site could do with a cafe as I could have killed for a coffee/sit down afterwards. Lastly, parking is very limited, so some guidance on alternate parking opportunities would be useful. Given the distance will probably not visit again but glad I did it once.
