Impressed by Timeless Tours' well organised tour! They were amazing from beginning to end. Our tour was to visit Cairo - Luxor - Cairo and we upgraded from coach/4 star hotels to flight/5 star hotels. This is my first holiday with them and I was nervous as I hadn't known them before. Hany took care of all my enquiries before the holiday and answered well timely, offering further help if I needed. One of things I could feel safe with is that they have a UK office, where I live. Their operation in Egypt was amazingly seamless. we were continuously well attended, relayed from one staff to another who well communicated between them: a greeting staff at the airport, hotel check in staffs, tour guides and drivers (can be different everyday). We were well informed, sometimes via Whatsapp from guides (a driver's location etc). Our tour guides in Cairo, Samar and Mariam, are the best. They made my holiday extra special. Their personal touch service/guide are the top, professionally and personally. I really like them. All drivers were wonderful too. Our flight to Luxor was delayed two hours.. Hamada in Luxor re-organised our schedule (he was waiting for us for two hours at the airport!) and made sure our stay were fine. Unfortunately we had one concern in Luxor. He quicky understood it, which was a great help.

I am very happy with Timeless Tours and I can highly recommend to fellow other tourists!

EXCELLENT RATING IS FOR THE EGYPT BIT OF THE TOUR. Had the best tour in Egypt. Exceeded my expectations. The tour is packed that most of the time it requires waking up very early in the morning. Maybe not for older people. Also pay extra for that plane to Aswan. It would be soooo worth it. That bus ride is sooo long (14hr) and sooo tiring! Food and hotels were soo good. Hany who’s the CEO I believed, was so responsive to all my questions. I asked maybe 30 questions via email before booking and kept asking whilst on tour and he was responding on time! Our egypt guide, MINA MALIK, is the best there is. Very informative and patient to all our requests like stopping at the groceries, etc. we had a different guide in our last day in egypt and he’s not as good as Mina, for me atleast. That restaurant he suggested too was way too overpriced. 200 egp for a chicken shawarma sandwich (too expensive for Cairo price)! Transfer to Amman was nice and smooth coz we got a guide even at the airport. Sadly i didnt enjoy the Jordan bit as much as i enjoyed egypt! Maybe there was not much to see apart from Petra and guide was as enthusiastic and informative too. He was sooo eager for the tip as well that he kept reminding me to give it (he said standard of 30jod or above if you want to give more) which for me the service he gave wasnt worth that 30jod tip. If i were to turn back time, I’d rather book the 15days in Egypt with a longer stay in Hurghada.

Timeless Travel was amazing start to finish.  Our second time in Egypt was memorable thanks to the entire team.  Hany walked us through the booking process and kept in touch every step of the way.  He was always right there with emails answering questions and keeping everything in order.  Our first contact in Egypt Romany was kind and made sure we were taken care of. Our transfer from airport was effortless and check in to hotel was smooth.  We had only 1 tour guide for the entire trip and that was so much better than our last visit using another company
that used multiple guides.   ASH was our english speaking guide and he made the trip unforgettable.  His professionalism stood out to me most. Always on time, got our group moving in and out of cities with ease, made us feel safe, and his knowledge of ancient Egypt was second to none. I couldn't have asked for a better guide as he explained everything in a modern take on egyptology as well as the old way. He let us decide what made more sense but his views on the human story align with mine and we had an instant connection that made the tour feel custom made for my family and I.
Wonders of the pharaohs was a great trip.  Hotels were pretty good, Cairo - Oasis was a lot of fun.. service fantastic, food was good.  Aswan - Basma had amazing views and great atmosphere..food was good.  Nile River Cruise -  The Symphony was a typical nile cruiser, clean, the service was FANTASTIC, food was pretty good, and it was a wonderful experience. The Nile Cruise Symphony made the trip unbelievable.. thank you to a great crew.   Hurgada - Gravity Water park..  so much to do there. Water park was fun, beach relaxing, 2 giant pools.  FOOD WAS AWFUL.   - But.. overall good hotel.
I give Timeless Travel 2 thumbs up and I highly recommend them for your Egypt vacation.  We will be using them again for sure.  Thank you Hany and ASH, we look forward to reconnecting again.

The tour was amazing. We saw all the main sights and were well looked after. The tour ran very smoothly. George was a fantastic tour guide. Full of knowledge about ancient and modern Egypt. It was very sad to say good bye.
We experienced so many different parts of Egypt and I can happily say I will come back and will definitely do another tour with timeless tours. Thank you for an incredible time .

Our experience with the Timeless Morocco tour was wonderful. Seeing all the highlights of Morocco. Our guide Hassin was amazing and full of knowledge, he even sat with us one evening for hours in the Dades Gorge and told us the history of Morocco and the three kings. Our driver Said was a bit of a joker and a lovely guy. The day guide Hamid through the city of Fes again was so great , kind and knowledgable. The itinerary is tight and busy but you will see all the highlights of Morocco and are never to rushed, you will visit a lot of local co-Ops which at first seemed like a bit of a trap.. however the local artists, artisans and farmers are wonderful, and once taken through each, you leave wanting to take a little(or big) item home with you. Sahara desert it’s incredible and Morocco and Moroccans are absolutely gorgeous.

We recently did the 9-day Morocco Timeless Tour in a small group of 5. It was actually 7 days of touring, with Day 1 and Day 9 being getting in and out of Morocco (through Marrakech).
The best things were getting a taste of the incredible nature, history, culture, and food. Standouts were the camel ride and camping in the Sahara Desert, visiting Voubilis with a very knowledgeable local guide, and exploring Marrakech (where we had 1 full day).
The tour bus driver, Jamal was very good and interacted well with the group.
The people servicing the accommodations in Marrakech, Chefchaeoun and Meknes were very helpful and were great to deal with.

However..
We travelled nearly 2000 km in 7 days, and all these were single overnights This was very hectic and would have enjoyed the tour if we had more time in many of the places. For example, on the last day we pretty much drove from Meknes, through Rabat, with just a few hours in Casablanca right back to Marrakech, about 5-6 hours in the van. The group would have loved to spend more time in Rabat and Casablanca.
Although the van had A/C, it was not a very comfortable vehicle for a trip of this distance and duration. The phone charger did not work, and it had no Wi-Fi. These are important when spending so much time in it!
We were disappointed with the Tour Guide, and this was mainly because of the unsafe situations we were subject to on more than one occasion. He told us that their job finishes when we get dropped off at the accommodation (i.e., his authority ends there) and thereafter, he took off in the tour van with the driver to a separate accommodation for the night. The worst was at Meknes where our accommodation was in the old Medina. We had to walk quite a long distance with our luggage through a labyrinth of alleyways to get to the accommodation and later needed to find our own restaurant for dinner, in an area we arrived at dusk and barely knew anything about. While returning from dinner the group got lost amidst the alleyways of the Medina, with poor lighting and no one in the tour group being able to communicate in Arabic. We were afraid for our own personal safety. After many twists and turns, we got back to the hotel safely. A similar thing happened at Chefchaeoun, and we forced the Tour Guide to pick us after dinner and drop us back at the accommodation. Fortunately, there we no medical and / or other emergencies. We recommend that Tour Radar and Timeless Tours review their approach to after-hours traveller care and safety in future tours. It would be helpful if the Tour Guide, the Driver, and the vehicle stayed at the same venue as the tourists.
The Tour Guide kept referring to people in the tour group as Foreigners. Whilst this is true, in the interests of building a good rapport with the tourists, it would be more helpful if they are referred to something like ‘visitors to our country’.
The Tour Guide was also telling us many untruths about restaurants, prices in markets and the local history. We discovered later that some of us significantly overpaid for items based on his advice. The tour companies need to respect that the visitors to their country choose to come there and spend their hard-earned dollars after much research and they will know when overcharged, even if it is later. Sadly, all these left us with a bad taste of Morocco and Timeless Tours, in what was otherwise a good insight into a country with rich history, great food, good people and fascinating landscapes.
In tours that we have undertaken with other companies and in other countries, in the evening of arrival there was an orientation walk of the town, a joint dinner with the Tour Guide, an advanced update of next day’s programme, and a meeting early morning the next day before departure. All tourists were provided with marked up maps of the various towns and points of interest.
In the interests of Morocco tourism, we wish this feedback is viewed constructively by Tour Radar and Timeless Tours, and improvements made to future Morocco tours.

For Egypt - Seeing all the archaeological sites in Egypt was amazing. It was a ton of history to ingest but my guide Meena Mouriny was a fun storyteller. Our group was small (3 guests), which made communication super easy. We experienced the overnight sleeper train and the felucca. Both an intriguing experience that I may not opt to try again in Egypt. This tour provides opportunity for historical add-ons but be mindful that may mean less sleep. You are on a bus for long periods of time. Our trip to Abu Simbel meant waking up at 2:30am on top of our regular tour itinerary. The groups may be larger or smaller depending on your add-ons but the core of the trip, you're with your main tour guide. We experienced one cancellation, which was the Luxor hot air balloon. Glad they took safety seriously, disappointed I didn't get to go on, but happy to catch up on sleep!

Though I enjoyed the historical tours, after a packed itinerary, I was sooo grateful for the Red Sea. This was gorgeous and we were there for 3 days. However, when we headed back to Cairo, I was just exhausted from heat and lack of sleep, and had to skip out on the Mosque of Muhammad Ali. Despite that, we did add-on Alexandria the next day, which I super enjoyed because it felt more leisurely. It was just three of us, my sister and I, plus Meena!

Meena was super accommodating and helped where he can. You can't get any closer when you're four people on a felucca sleeping on the same platform, getting devoured by mosquitos, and sharing bug spray. I saw first hand how he handled emergencies and difficult situations. He was calm and worked things out to his best ability. He is also very knowledgeable and recommended me books to read on Egypt!

For Jordan - In Egypt, you have someone to meet you at the airport and connect you with the driver, and head to the hotel together. In Jordan, we did have someone meet us at the airport, take us to the driver and then departed ways. Our driver was adorable though he looked like a burly man but very friendly. He was using his limited English and pointing to us different landmarks and teaching us Arabic. I can now say circle in Arabic. Instead of meeting your tour guide the first night, you meet him the next day and right away you're on tour with the other guests. Our guide was name Adnan and he was also super knowledgeable. Our group dynamic (7 people) was a tad different so there were times where we wanted different things like food. However, It was slightly less organized since we didn't have each other's contacts when we strayed but I did have more food options. enjoyed my time in Jordan.

This trip was booked end of March for a mid-May travel. You get a confirmation email, which is great but I did have to follow-up on travel logistics as we got closer to the trip. Overall this trip was pretty amazing but I do wish to have less buffets though it does eliminate the hassle of ordering food and getting several different checks.
