Fabulous course. Really enjoyed it. It was made to be fun whilst learning. The instructor was hugely knowledgable and was supported so that she could focus entirely on guiding us. All the supplied ingredients were authentic. Recipes were delicious. I went on my own as did other people and was made to feel very at ease.

Jirapan is very friendly and informative, she taught us so much throughout the day in a fun and engaging way. Her kitchen is well set up for the classes and the ingredients were all very highly quality. We made three dishes and the quantities were very generous. Highly recommend this as a day with friends or family.

We booked a private class with Jirapan for 9 people to celebrate my birthday and it was an absolutely amazing experience. We cooked three dishes and they were all delicious with plenty of leftovers to take home. Jirapan is so knowledgeable and really looks after you, helping you tailor if you can't have too much spice and giving tips and techniques that are applicable to all cooking not just Thai food. I recommend a lesson with Paya Thai cooking to everyone!

Excellent return visit. This was my second class with Jirapan and this time I brought my mum along too. The class includes some demo and then you’re straight into making the recipes. It’s really practical and this means you leave feeling confident you can recreate the recipes at home too! Looking forward to my next class already.

What a fabulous morning, learning new skills and cooking new recipes. I couldn’t recommend this cooking lesson enough, I learnt so much and had so much fun. The bonus was coming home with the meals we had made to enjoy that evening, which I did not want to share with the partner haha thank you so much and I will definitely be back to learn more.

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing cooking class with Jirapan. We had a private class and had a great time making 3 delicious, authentic dishes. We love Thai food and we learnt so much. Jirapan was fantastic - she made us feel so welcome and gave us numerous tips about ingredients and cooking methods. We loved chatting to her about Thailand and learning more about Thai culture. We really enjoyed trying the food during the class and had plenty of leftovers to bring home. The food was outstanding and we can’t wait to make the dishes again. We would highly recommend Jirapan’s classes and can’t wait to return to learn some new recipes. Thank you so very much Jirapan.

What a fantastic morning with Jirapan! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and our dishes tasted incredible! Jirapan is knowledgeable and passionate about her teaching, with a lovely warmth and sense of humour! She made sure we knew exactly what we were doing throughout the morning and gave us great advice and tips. We will be back to learn some more dishes and recommend highly her classes to anyone who loves to cook & eat AMAZING Thai food!

Couldn't recommend this course enough! Jirapan is incredibly knowledgeable and such a good demonstrator and teacher, and we got so many tips and tricks. I went with my sisters and we had a blast. The food we produced was also delicious, I wasn't expecting to make something so nice but it shows how well we were taught.

Fantastic time with friends learning how to make three Thai dishes. Classes are in a beautiful family home kitchen. Not rushed at all, opportunity to try the dishes and take home your dishes to share in the evening with friends. Would definitely recommend for people of all ages!

Jirapans class was fantastic! So friendly & welcoming. The class was 8 people & Jirapan (& Mum) were really good at involving everyone. She was very knowledgeable about the ingredients & recipes and we learned loads in the step by step class, as well as coming away with a fantastic meal to eat that day -what a treat! Thanks Jirapan -we are just wondering which one of your classes to do next…….. :-)
