This is definitely my most favourite place in the area. You can walk your dog off the lead although there are parts where your dog is not allowed to go in the pond. It has a wonderful cafe that sells some great snacks and ice creams. The best hot chocolate too!

Brilliant Sunday afternoon walk on a beautiful day. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Walked with our dog who had an amazing time playing with other dogs and swimming in pond. Brilliant day out.

13th century fish pond for the Bishop of Winchester now managed by the National Trust. Great walks around the lake and through the woods. Nice cafe to get some tea and cake after your walk. Only downside is the number of dog walkers who dont control or clean up after their animals.

Frensham Little Pond is a fabulous place to come for families, children, dog walkers etc. Sadly, in their infinite wisdom, National Trust have recently increased prices at the excellent Tern Cafe (a reputation built up by the staff) by up to a £1.00 on most items. On top of the astronomic car parking charges, Frensham Little Pond is rapidly becoming... More

Lots of trails around the ponds and from Little Pond to Big Pond going over the ridge. Limited car parking on a busy day at peak times, but usually room otherwise. Easy walking trails suitable for most ages and abilities. There are a couple of basic bird hides on the eastern edge of the Pond, with opportunities to see a... More

This place is beautiful all year round and you can walk for about an hour all flat or make it longer with a few hills if wanted. Dogs are welcome under control and it is owned by the NT so is well looked after. there is a very good café and toilets available everything you need is here.

We have walked here many times with our dog. It's pretty with a mini sandy beech and a comfortable walk/stroll around the perimeter. Unfortunately the National Trust have now introduced pay & display parking at excessive cost with NO benefit. Cars still have to park in muddy puddles in any space they can find. It;s causing people to find other... More

A great place for dog walking but the car parks get rammed full at week-ends with 4 x 4's. It is recommended to go of the beaten track as the circular walk around the pond gets very busy. Good outside cafe near the car park and dogs welcome on the lead.

As a local have been walking here for 10 years, no obvious National trust support visible, now they have put meters in the car parks, I see no obvious advantage here for the users, no extra facilities, no extra maintenance just more money grabbing by National Trust. I am happy to pay to park in Alice Holt where the Forestry... More
