About
Bocketts Farm is a working family farm set in the beautiful Surrey countryside. The combination of animals and play areas, both inside and out, make our farm one of the South East's most popular all weather attractions. Whether it's a family day out, a school or group trip or one of our popular birthday parties, you can be sure to have fun, come rain or shine. Watch the pig race, take a pony ride, hop on board the tractor and trailer, cuddle cute rabbits and feed our many wonderful farm animals. Being a working farm, there are always baby animals to see including lambs, kids, piglets and chicks. With trampolines, giant slides, a bouncy pillow, 2 large indoor play barns and outdoor adventure trails, plus lovingly homemade food in our gorgeous Old Barn Tearooms, Bocketts Farm Park makes for a brilliantly exciting day out for the entire family

    Excellent Day Out
Great fun on every level. Courteous well trained staff. The whole site is well laid out with numerous attractions for young and old. Good main cafe and small takeaway. Pig racing was very entertaining.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear you had a great day out. We love hearing your feedback and will be sure to pass on your kind comments to our team, particularly the catering and farm team. Thank you for your support and we hope to welcome you back to the farm soon to come and watch our pigs having another great race around.

    A perfect day out.
I came here just me and my son today and had the perfect day. Everything is so thoughtfully planned out, the shop/cafe stacked with exactly what you need, navigating the farm is easy, plenty of baby changing facilities. Plenty areas to sit. Plenty areas to explore and play. Everything today was perfect. You can see the money is being invested in the farm. Thanks for a great day.
Hi Reece Thank you for your lovely 5 star review. We so pleased to read your wonderful feedback and we will be sure to pass on your kind words to our team. We hope you had a great visit and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.

    A fun day out
Visited Bocketts farm as part of their winter deals as a post school visit. Our preschoolers had a wonderful time, they’ve recently done up the playground and it’s really good. The animals look clean and happy, plenty of them to see. We didn’t do the pony rides or the tractor rides, but they are plentiful throughout the day. We also did a small animal encounter with the rabbits which was really cool.
Thank you for your lovely review following your recent visit! We're pleased to hear you had a great time with us, and that you got to enjoy our new playground areas! We hope to welcome you back to the farm again soon to try all the other lovely activities like the pony rides and tractor trailer rides.

    SO much to do!
First visit and we were amazed at how much there was to do! The animals were all so calm and friendly. Absolutely perfect day out and will be returning as soon as my little one can move around himself as he will be thoroughly entertained for hours! An amazing day out, and I can imagine perfect also for when the weather gets warmer too!
Thank you for your lovely 5* review following your visit to us. We're really pleased to hear you always had a great time when visiting! We look forward to seeing you on the farm again soon!

    Heya
Heya. A must visit farm for all. Start at the gift shop in order to buy a present after entering the farm. Then you must take a close look at the cute llamas and alpacas too. After that maybe have a nice lunch at the old barn tea rooms as well. Post lunch do a tractor ride as it is fairly cheap. Next go on a farm walk. Recommended. Five out of five stars. You must also fit in a quick visit to see the horses. The farm goats are quite nice. Take some pictures in colour of the animals. Pet them. Other things you can do are gold planning and water wars in the summer time. Check out the information on the website in advance here. Attend farm events. Ring to confirm things.
Many thanks for your lovely review. There is indeed so much so see and do at the farm. The website gives all the up to date information about events coming up. We are very excited already about our Special Easter program details of which are available already. Tickets will be released this weekend.

Great day out with the grandchildren
Visited Bocketts for the first time with our two granddaughters during half term and had an absolutely wonderful time despite the overcast February weather. Although the car park was packed there seemed to be plenty of space inside the park - no queues or conjestion. The variety of activities and entertainments was impressive but despite the impressive soft play centre and outdoors playgrounds it was definitely feeding the animals that our granddaughter identified as their favourite. Finally, there were plenty of staff around and all were extremely friendly and helpful.
Such a lovely review, many thanks! We are really pleased to hear you had a wonderful time at the farm and go to enjoy our new outdoor playgrounds and indoor soft play areas. We hope to welcome you to the farm again soon!

    A great experience
The staffs there are amazing! They are cheerful, energetic, my daughter enjoy her day there. They offer so many activities, we were unable to go for everyone although we spent almost 7 hours there. We must visit again!
Thank you for such a great review! We are so pleased your daughter enjoyed the day at the farm. We are very proud of our fabulous team of staff, they work so hard to exceed expectations and I'm pleased that they helped you have a lovely time. I will pass on your comments to the Farm Managers and the team.

    Overall fun!
I gave this place a rating of 4 out of 5 because while I had a great time overall, I noticed that some of the staff members were not always very trained to be with young kids. I believe that with a bit more training, they could be more approachable and welcoming towards the kids, which would make the experience even better. Nonetheless, the place had several fun activities like horse riding, and the face painters were both friendly and talented. The view was also breathtaking! I appreciate the efforts put in by the staff members and I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.
Thank you for your feedback it is greatly appreciated and helps us to identify areas where improvement is needed. We are committed to providing our customers with a positive, enjoyable experience at the farm so I have passed on your comments to the Farm Manager who will take that matter up with the staff member. I am pleased to hear that you will be back to Bocketts again soon as we have an exciting Easter program coming soon, tickets will be released this weekend.

    Great value, fun packed day!
This place is great! You can spend the whole day here easily and get your moneys worth without ever getting bored. So much to see and do and, even in school holidays not stupidly busy. The only thing we had to queue for was the pony ride and thanks to the well organized staff even then we only waited 30 minutes. Our day started with an Easter themed show, the 2 girls hosting it were fantastic with the kids and really engaging. We then went on to feed the animals where there were some newborn lambs, goats, llama’s, pony’s, rabbits, pigs, sheep and more. There was opportunity to meet the shepherd and get some great info. There were some small animals like rabbis put out for the little ones to stroke. There was a great little tractor and trailer ride around the farm, we couldn’t hear the commentary very well but it didn’t matter. There were 2 pig races which were hilarious and both kids and adults enjoyed that. There were electric quad bikes, 3 or 4 really well equipped outdoor play areas, an indoor soft play, face painting, crafting, sand play area, trampolines, air pillows and a mini disco to finish. There are lots of places to get food and snacks but I can’t comment on the quality as we took a packed lunch.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. We are really pleased that you enjoyed the Giggle companies fun and lively interactive show in the Easter Garden. They are here as part of our Easter Eggtravaganza along with the Easter bunny and Easter trail. Our pony rides can be rather popular and we like to give the children the best possible experience, sign posts are put up to manage your expectations. I apologise that in this instance you had to wait as long as 30 minutes. I am so pleased to hear that you enjoyed so many of the farm activities, acres of outdoor fun and indoor play area. I hope we will be able to welcome you back to Bocketts soon and maybe sample the tasty delights in our Old Barn Tearoom.

    Overall brilliant experience
Brilliant farm trip with my 4 children ages 5,4,2 and 1. We went on a Friday and used the app to plan ahead to see what events were on that day. We got to see pig racing, brand new baby lambs with a display showing how they are birthed, fed some goats, patted some horses, did pony rides for £3!! Which is insanely cheap if anyone knows how expensive horse riding is. There was a place where you could dress scarecrows, loads of seating to eat your own food, a fantastic sand pit full with loads of different toys in good condition so no one argued over toys. There is a small and large go kart track, small and large bouncing pillows, small and large playgrounds for different aged children with loads of space. The inside area had a big soft play with slides and a tractor area with lots of ride ons for little ones. The only thing that could be improved is having toilets closer to the sand area that you can help your child to whilst also keeping an eye on your other children as I had to keep interrupting their play to take one child to the toilet. I would love to see some home educating days where we can book on and meet others and not have to arrange it ourselves
Thank you for excellent review. There is indeed a huge amount to see and do at the farm and we are so pleased that you and your family made so much of your day with us. We have just this year installed new toilets by the children's outdoor play area which is in close proximity to the sand pit next door to the pole barn. We will look at making the signposts clearer so people know where they are. We are looking into offering Home Educating days so please check our social media pages for updates.

This was our first trip out with the children , as well as going back to Bocketts farm after many visits pre Covid.

We were extremely disappointed.

The outside area is great and we felt safe with equipment wiped down regularly etc and lots of signs and information about people keeping a safe distance, as well as lots of handwashing stations.

Indoors: forget it. Due to this we left early and it spoilt our day.

Upon entering Bocketts farm, staff were allowing whole families to enter with no masks.

People were walking around with no masks and there was little or no social distancing in place. Staff didn’t bother to reinforce or remind people to wear their masks and the playbarn entry was even worse. They say, upon entering, that you can enter for a 45 minute slot during your visit , and they give you an allocated time. They say it’s ‘ reduced capacity’ on numbers of people allowed which did not seem to be the case.

We lasted for a maximum of 15 minutes in the play barn and our children were sobbing at us taking them out but we just did not feel safe.

They allow far, far too many people in. There are no windows, adults are wandering around everywhere maskless and it was horrendous. Like a cramped smelly germ filled pit.
From being in there , you would not think there was a pandemic going on.

My husband complained. I complained. It made no difference because the public’s safety is not paramount at this place.

We were extremely disappointed and I will be making a complaint to Management.

Dear Sandie, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your visit to Bocketts Farm Park and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns with you in person. Please do get in touch and advise a convenient time to suit you and one of our Management Team will give you a call. We feel its important for us to point out the measures we have in place to ensure the safety of all our visitors and staff as these have been given careful and thorough consideration and planning at every stage of reopening following the government guidelines. We have introduced online bookings to stagger arrivals as well as significantly reduce the number of tickets on sale to reduce capacity over the whole Farm Park. Upon arrival, our Front of House team advise visitors that they must wear face coverings at all times in the indoor areas. Some customers are exempt for medical reasons and we are respectful of this. Visitors are also reminded to maintain social distancing throughout their visit and wash their hands regularly. With regards to our indoor areas specifically, we have enhanced cleaning in place throughout the day from our designated ‘clean team’, additional sanitising stations & signage reminding visitors to social distance and wear face coverings. We patrol our indoor areas and where necessary will ask visitors to wear face coverings if they are able to. We will also make announcements reminding visitors of this. On the day you visited these announcements were conducted on 2 separate occasions. In our main barn area where the coffee shop is located, we have indoor seating available and visitors are therefore able to remove masks when seated to allow them to eat and drink. This is also the case in the playbarn seating area. Admission to our playbarn is carefully managed with capacity controlled sessions. This allows visitors to maintain social distancing and ensures the playbarn does not become busy. Sessions are 45 minutes long giving us 15 minutes in between sessions to fully clean and sanitize both the play areas and seating area with viricidal disinfectant. There are in fact 4 large windows in our playbarn seating area that are open all day in addition to an air extraction system. Please do get in touch should you wish to discuss your concerns any further.

My 6yr old and I made the most of the Wizard and Witch week at Bockett’s Farm during half term and it was a great day out. Not only did we enjoy the farm and feeding the sheep but the reptile tent and mad scientist show - added to a full morning out. There is lots to see and explore as well as the tractor trail and the staff are really lovely and very helpful. The farm has put in lots of Covid measures and really encourage social distancing.
The tea rooms / cafe have a great selection of food and drink which are well priced and again staff are really helpful. Having a wide selection of pumpkins to choose from and value for money was a great end to our visit.
Highly recommend this place especially if you have young kids. Will definitely be back.

Today was our first visit this year to Bocketts, having visited many times in previous years.
It was really well managed and spotlessly clean. We saw staff constantly cleaning everywhere. Our daughter who is nearly 4 had a great day as did we.
What was good is that it was sold out today, and it still felt quite spaced out. They haven't set capacity at a high number. The timed slots in soft play worked well, and the cafe wasn't too busy either.
The staff were all really friendly, welcoming and are an asset to the farm.
Next year we will try and get Grotto tickets as it looked really good as well.

Lovely day out with our 3 year old grandaughter. She had an absolute ball. There was social distancing in place in the inside areas, and almost everyone was wearing a mask. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the toilets were regularly cleaned. A very happy 5 and a half hours.

We had such a wonderful day. The place is so clean and the animals were wonderful! I think the ticket is great value for money. There are extras but I think these are reasonable and fun to do. Agree maybe much older children may find less to do but up to 12 year olds I think it’s brilliant.
We live a hour away and I know we are going to be coming back lots!
Cafe was super but also nice to have the choice about a picnic.

We had an amazing day out, we made sure to visit on a weekday during term time so it was lovely and quiet. I was surprised at just how much there was there for my toddler to enjoy. There are lots of outdoor play parks, big trampolines, jumping Pillows and a great big sand play area as well as multiple slides. There is not vast amounts of animals but the ones they have are in amazing condition, clean and friendly. Lots of activities on during the day too.
My toddler enjoyed the indoor softplay and the small animal encounter area where she got to meet and stroke a chicken.
No negatives but do be warned you have got to pay for some of the activities as extra costs which was disappointing due to the price of entry not being cheap already. But it didn't dampen our day out. We paid to go on the tractor trailer ride which was amazing seeing all the views over into Central London and all the other farms animals that were hidden away in woodland areas. We also paid to do the pony ride too, the staff honestly are a credit to the place. So bu bly amd friendly, amazing talking to our toddler and wishing her happy birthday. We all really was pleasantly surprised and spent a full day out here when only expected to be there for a couple of hours. Thanks so much for a great day out.

Visited the farm last Sunday with my daughter and grandson and we all had a great time. Some if the usual facilities in the main barn have been moved outside - the toy tractors and trampolines - but everything was still available. Lots of soap and sanitiser and plenty of social distancing. The indoor softplay area had allocated time slots and this worked very well.
This is one if the best days out around and at a very reasonable price.

I visited last week with my one year old (almost two!). I was really impressed. We usually go to Godstone farm but they're not doing their usual "£3 after 3pm" deal at the moment and Bocketts farm are doing their after school deal. I hadn't been before. I was disappointed to have to pay an extra £1 booking fee, but actually when I arrived I realised it was well worth the money. My little boy had a whale of a time. Granted we didn't see much of the animals because he was enthralled by the playground which occupies the centre of the area but to be honest he loved it so much I'd have been happy paying the price just for that. What a great play area! Only a couple of things to note - I had my newborn baby with me too and really struggled with my (all-terrain!) pram on the very thick wood chippings in the playground. I understand a thick layer of wood chippings directly under the play equipment in case the kiddies fall, but I kept getting my pram stuck in the empty middle area which made it tricky for me to safely keep an eye on my one year old while staying with my newborn. Secondly, is there another exit to the carpark that avoids going via the ride-on car track? My son was obsessed by it and it led to a real battle of the wills to get him out and to the car! I'd leave by a different exit on a future visit to avoid inevitable tantrums but couldn't see any other way out! Anyway, great place. We'll definitely be back for the after school deal... At least until my son turns 2 and the price goes up 😄

Hi Surrey54321, Thanks for the 5 star review! We are so pleased to read that you had such a great time after school. It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the play areas so much and that your son had such a whale of a time. That's what we're all about! Thanks for your comments on the woodchip. We are looking at redesigning and investing in our main play area in 2021 and more accessible paths around the playframes are an important feature. So hopefully next year you'll see that we've taken this on board and made improvements. Thanks once again, we look forward to welcoming you again in the new year. All the best, Hannah

Took my 8yo granddaughter on one of the hottest days of the year. Luckily there were quite a few shady areas so we were able to take frequent breaks out of the sun. Some of the activities had to be cancelled due to the heat but that was understandable and there were still some fantastic facilities available and lots to do. It also meant the farm wasn't very busy and we didn't have to wait in any queues! My GD particularly enjoyed the gold panning and feeding the animals. The indoor cafeteria area would have benefited from some fans or air conditioning as the air was stifling, and while the prices pf the food and drinks were high, given the current financial climate I would say they are only slightly more than you would expect to pay anywhere else. I do agree with others that the cost of the adult tickets is questionable but as it helps to keep the venue going and open to the public it wouldn't stop me from returning. All of the staff were professional and courteous, even my GD remarked on it! I would say the farm is more geared towards younger children, but we still had fun and that's what counts.

We had a lovely day at the farm with our 4 and 2 year olds. They really enjoyed the indoor soft play, stroking a rabbit, guinea pig and chicken in the animal encounters, feeding the goats and alpacas and the tractor ride. My 4 year old loved the big slides in the outdoor play area. The indoor soft play was a bit big for my 2 year old so she needed some help. Alot of soft plays it's easy for parents to climb up and help but this one had some tight spaces! There was a small area for babies/toddlers but she wanted to go on the big soft play with her brother. However, we will definitely come back again as there was lots to do!
