Yes it is disabled accessible with slopes instead of steps from adjacent car park to the south of light house , the cafe is easily entered with a wheel chair

Hi You do pay and display for the car park unless you are a National Trust member and are displaying the correct colour sticker in the car window in which case it's free. Hope this helps.
